We were booked into a family room, bathroom was freezing cold due to the air ventilation, floor was cold and the toilet had Staines that could of been clean properly. Room did not feel warm or inviting at all, its pretty run down with curtains broken, single beds felt lumpy and the room did not have a phone to call for service. Manager that was on during the time we check-in was so rude that he said theres nothing he could do, we pretty much had no choice but use the room he gave us. Its terrible and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I understand that this property is old but it doesn't mean it needs to be dirty, smelly, and facilities not on standard. Toilet hasn't been cleaned properly as it was smelly with urine, no upgrade with beds-to soft that it can give a backache when you wale ip in the morning and even the aircon/heater doesn't do it's job plus it so noisy that we are unable to sleep properly so we have to turned it off. I understand it is cheap but at least upgrade a bit more that is more convenient to stay for a family with kids. Good thing I booked for only 1 night.

Comfort and convenience

Well appointed motel room with all you'd expect of a high quality brand. Amused at his life the extractor fan in the bathroom was BUT it worked really well so no streamed up mirrors. Quite a big spread out complex but very quiet. Great budget breakfast at a good price if you book it with your room. Happy with the price and bring only a few kms from the city CBD was no inconvenience.
