We stayed for two nights and had booked for 2 adjacent ground floor rooms. The rooms were not serviced after the first night, despite of indicating it clearly on the door using their sign posts. We had requested for 2 adjacent rooms. They had it in the notes, but didn't organise it ,even after making the booking and payment at least 12 days in advance. The room had all amenities as explained in the booking

The Ibis Styles at Ainsley is a clean and quiet motel, very conveniently located. The facilities aren't amazing, but the rooms are modern and have everything you need for a very reasonable price.

The carpet didn't go all the way up to the window. There was a gap of 1-2 centimetres and the carpet edge was frayed. The shower switch in the bathroom was loose. Reception was notified. The taps in the shower were very stiff for some reason.

The room wasn't to bad. There wasn't any tea spoons to make a coffee. Infact there was no cutlery at all. The veranda needed to be cleaned as I requested a room with a veranda to sit out on. The gardens need work. Weeding watering and more plants. It would make it more inviting.

Poor Service

We drove over 9hours and arrived 30mins early for check in. I asked if we could please check in early as we were exhausted yet we were told no and to come back in 30mins. Rooms were noisey, outdated, beds super hard and we will not be back after the poor service and lack of care at check in.
