We booked 4 nights in Executive King Bed room and it was great. There was plenty of space as well as a balcony. The staff, especially those servicing our room, were great. Very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. They really added to the enjoyment of our stay. Also, it was easy to get more coffee, tea and snacks at any time from the reception self-service area.

the photos of the room suggested it was larger than it actually was, it was very cramped. On two occasions we could smell cooking in our room coming from somewhere in the building. The room and bathroom were very clean. But the photos on your website are very misleading in size and space.I have stayed in rooms in Japan that had more room. My partner was very unimpressed

We booked a Superior room for a couple and 2 adults. There was only 1 bathroom, we expected an ensuite in the main room. the other had only 1 single bed with a trundle.

Nice staff, close to Kingston shops, free parking. Room chair is uncomfortable and desk in room is too small. Bathroom way too big for size of room, would be better to use extra floorspace in room.

Such a great hotel. Clean & comfortable rooms with a great coffee pod machine & free water & snacks, including soft drink (unheard of in most hotels). Wonderful location in Kingston & we walked to a local Italian restaurant for a yummy meal. Quiet neighbourhood & a comfy bed! We will be back 😊
