The rooms are very dated and ugly but very clean. The bathroom was excellent - large and very clean. The bottom sheet of the bed was too small and came untucked so bunched up underneath me which was not great. Just get bigger sheets. Lastly the sound proofing was poor. There was no way you could sleep in as every door closing reverberated into the room. I didn’t expect more than what it was but if the sheets could at least be replaced it would be a start.

Was a nice place. Lack of staff at super busy breakfast service. Lack of staff knowing what replenishment was in both room with bathroom utilities, tissues, towels along with breakfast slow at replacing foods.

Well appointed, clean spacious room with a comfortable bed and great room darkening curtains. Unfortunately though the courtyard to the room was unkempt at best there were smears of dog Pooh on the pavers. The dog in the room next to me barked at 2am then again at 6am. These rooms are advertised as being pet friendly and soundproof unfortunately the soundproof is not accurate. I could hear my neighbours and movement in the hallway quite clearly. The room service was greatly appreciated as was the lovely styled room that was in keeping with the buildings history. With just a little more maintenance of the courtyard and honesty in advertising u would have given a 5 star review. I loved having an outdoor area for my dog to go out to and not have to be wondering around in the night outside. Please keep up the pet friendly rooms we will be back for sure.b
