I would recommend the maintenance team to get the poorly ventilated vents inside rooms.they are covered in heapsbif dirt and grim. The spa pool is too compact and gets overcrowded for a shared facility.The water gets dirty so quickly,one doesnt feel like to get in.

A room booked for 3 people only had 1 bed ready, had to ask reception to make the bed, and only 2 towels instead of 3. Waited for a seat for the buffet breakfast for 30 mins both days. The room card stopped working 2 hours before check out.

Under our beds were filthy, there was a ball, hair ties, brochures and months worth of dust. When we arrived there was 1 staff member in desk after waiting about 10 minutes whilst she was taking calls we going out that we had to park off sight and were handed a list of places for us to find.
