First night on 4th July; young male adults running up and down corridor and knocking on our door allnight - never stopped. Second stay on 11th July; dining service was slow especially not asking if wanted a second drink, or how food was or bringing a desert menu - not professional.

very cool tropical design restaurant lay out

Old building but well maintained, openable window is good to have some fresh air in the room but central aircon which is hard to set room temperature as u want. Close to tram station and walkable to Dickson where tons of shops and restaurants are there.

The room is very spacious and clean, and staff are friendly. Only down side is the mattress is a bit soft

The bed was comfortable. But.The furniture and fittings looked old and worn. The bathroom only had a shower over the bath. Not good for an old person like me. The bathroom floor looked as if it needed washing and the toilet had trouble flushing even just toilet paper. Overall the room was noisy because of taps running in other rooms and gerneral banging from the walls.
