Common areas are brilliant in the Pavilion but the apartment we had because we needed a walk in shower was tired and needed an upgrade urgently. Reception staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. Restaurant food was OK and the staff were very attentive. We would stay there again but would ask if the rooms have been renovated or upgraded. Another plus is the Tram line to the city is right outside the hotel.

Sadly our TV didn’t work, spoke to staff, very polite! I’ve had bad health and wanted to relax before dinner. Was told by staff the motel was replacing the TVsvandbobviously hadn’t replaced the one in our room! Nothing could be done!! Otherwise very happy with our stay..next time would ask for a discount!!

Excellent value with a super comfy bed. Nice and quiet. I had a great night's sleep. The room was very clean. The furnishings are a bit tired and scratched up; the doors could do with a repaint. I loved the bar area. I'll definitely stay again. I thought it was excellent value for money.

Home away from home!

We always stay at the Pavilion on trips to Canberra. Comfortable and friendly. The big draw card is the bar area surrounded by a forest of plants. This trip we noticed that the plants were in need of some attention……

The room overall was great. Only problems being the fridge was loud and you could hear the road and traffic. Besides those two problems my room was great. Staff were great. Place is clean and the greenery in the middle is beautiful.
