The tv didn’t work (the staff couldn’t even get it working) so we had our 2 kids in the room from check in without anything to do or watch and the compensation the hotel gave - free parking. Wouldn’t even give a discount on a meal (even though the staff member who tried to fix our tv said they would). They obviously don’t care about their guests.

Room was not cleaned bins not emptied beds not made requested extra towels waited 2 hours for extra towels. Air conditioning was not working extremely hot in room very uncomfortable. Pool showers were dirty mould in showers. No towels I. Pool area had to request towels for pool. Parking excessive price. Charge on bill for dining incorrect as there was a charge for expensive drink we did not order on our bill which had to be removed. Very disappointed with the hotel as expected more as have stayed at Rydges in other locations many times and am a member.
