I was disappointed and surprised there was no safe in the room, unusual for such an establishment. We stayed for 3 nights and, as the cleaning was being conducted late afternoon, we declined the offer as it was too late in the day. We were ready to rest by then. Restaurant was very good, room was comfortable.

The room was comfortable and clean. The TV didn't work very well and when I enquired about it I was told to unplug and plug back in which makes me believe it was an ongoing issue. The buffet breakfast was very nice. The carpark wasn't great, very small spots and the licence plate recognition to get in and out of the carpark only worked sometimes.

our stay was good and convenient as we held our conference in the same place. It was very good, as there is a Swimming pool. Spa, Sauna, we utilized it, and a (gym, we did not used). I'm happy to recommend it.

Fantastic Stay with Great Amenities
Our stay at the Rydges Canberra hotel was fantastic. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and the room was ready for us. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, with both firm and soft pillows to suit all preferences. The breakfast is plentiful and offers options for all tastes. The hotel also has a pool, spa, and gym, with plenty of towels available for use. The temperature of both the pool and spa was perfect. The parking is secure, and there are enough spaces — I never had trouble finding a spot. The only area for improvement is that I had to move a bed to look for something and found a winter hat and a sock that didn’t belong to me or any member of my family. The cleaning staff should move the beds and vacuum underneath because it’s clear that they don’t usually do so.

Good comfy beds, nice view shower was very nice. Property says it was renovated back a few years ago and have seemed to have left behind small paint drops and paint flaking off near the room door. The toilet is placed so close to the wall even a skinny person gets poked by the toilet roll holder sticking out. All in all a nice stay and a nice room if you put this aside. Staff was very welcoming

The Rydges In Canberra was very nice hotel, the staff were very accommodating and the breakfast buffet was better than expected. Very close to shops, Parliament House and also a small walk to the football ground. I would definitely recommend and stay here again

Rydges is always a nice place to stay and their beds are the most comfortable of any hotel - except the sofa bed. We booked for three adults and the sofa bed is not suitable for an adult - the mattress is extremely thin Other than that we had a pleasant stay,parking is good and convenient - breakfast buffet has gone down in quality since our last visit
