Requests ignored

It was strange. A few days out, I received an email saying that my room would only be serviced on day 4 (of my 5 day stay). At check-in I asked that the mini-bar be checked every day. The result was that the towels were changed every day (except day 4) in spite of signalling that they should not be changed and the mini-bar was not checked at all.

We are regulars at this hotel. Very convenient before a flight. But they lost the plot this time. Our room was open and cleaning check not completed. The restaurant/bar was in chaos. Our drink order was lost and the meal took over 45 mins to arrive. They just could not handle the number of people. Then the next morning my wife went to have a shower. Nothing! no water for over an hour. Otherwise the room and facilities were excellent. We hope they have sorted it out before our next visit! Felt like they had ssues with number of staff and staff training

Excellent location for those with early flights

The hotel itself was excellent. Location was great for people catching early flights from the airport like us. The room above us was noisy though so had to deduct one star for that as it was difficult for us to sleep (much- needed before the early flight).
