This is a new resort, opened in July 2024. The room was very nice and staff members were friendly. There is a gate to the resort. It is a long way from the gate to the hotel. Unless if you want to stay in the hotel for the whole time, it is not very convenient to go out and see other places, such as Isla Mujeres. The Uber is not allowed to pass through the gate to the hotel. You have to use the taxi waiting at the door of the hotel and the taxis are much more expensive than Uber. The swiming pools are very nice. But if you want to swim in the Carribean, the beach is not as nice as other beaches in the hotel zone. There is a lot of sea plants in the water and on the beach. There are 14 (?) restaurants in the resort. Some are good and some are average. We liked the BAO Asian Restaurant, but the Chez Moi French restaurant fell below our expectation. The food at Chez Moi was average and the host/hostess was not very friendly.

Resort was excellent it’s a distanced away from everything and transportation is expensive cab ride one way to night life was 50 dollars . they said there a private resort so uber can drop off but not pick up idk didn’t make sense to me. Dinning was a 5/5 only thing I would ask for is more lunch or breakfast options and for them to update the app a few of the hours of operations of dining were off. Great resort if you don’t plan to leave and just enjoy the all inclusive

Property is new so obviously looks great. Beach is terrible. If you are going to cancun for beach, this is not the right property. also, they are upselling everything. absolutely avoid the timeshare pitch !! employees are kind and respectful but feel short staffed.

Loved the resort! Felt city like. Had everything youd need. Restaurants and service was great! Only downside was the ocean. Lots of seaweed. But, hope it gets beter in the future!

The worst place to stay! It is not safe and the staff is going to try and scam you! You can't take Ubers out of the resort the taxis are over 120 dollars one way while Uber would be 25 dollars. When I tried to leave one of the staff members blocked the door of my taxi and said I could not leave until I got a slip from the front desk. They have red ants at the pool and the food was disgusting. They are not apart of the hotel zone so it is so far, do not stay here!!! One of the pools was closed because a kid had went to the bathroom in it.. Most staff do not know what they are doing, do not stay here!

We had a great time at this resort. We stayed for my daughter’s 9th birthday and the activities were endless. The resort is massive so prepare to walk A LOT. Our favorites were the taco stand and pool obstacle course. We did the bowling, laser tag and virtual stimulation (it was like car racing) all were fun but at an additional cost. The beach is honestly horrible and not worth going but the pool helps make up for it. Quintana by the pool was our favorite there. Very helpful and amazing service we looked for him. I was absolutely upset by the spa and check out. After posting over $200 for a maasage I was told I don’t have access the the spa facility, That was unheard of. I’ve gotten massages all over the world and in Mexico several times and the spa facility is always included. I was so upset by that. They didn’t even say pay $50 extra or anything no opportunity just rushed out. I wasn’t even allowed to sit in the sauna I really was in disbelief. Lastly check out was so slow! Because of them I almost missed my private transportation and my friend was actually left. Overall great for kids but I will not be back.

Property is great lots to do & nice rooms and comfortable beds. It’s still new and there are a few unfinished items so with that said it’s like the opening of a new restaurant, you have to take that into consideration. Overall I’d be back.

If the weather isn't nice, be prepared to make the most of the trip on your own! To be fair, the weather is clearly not in their control, but I feel some of the rules/guidelines need to be changed. It was raining and windy 3 out of the 4 days we were there. Being from a cold climate we braved the pool and often were the only ones out there. Our family was excited to go on the obstacle course on AVA Bay. We went to sign up and were told you can't go on it when it is raining. Its in the water! The whole thing is wet and as you go on and off of it you are clearly wet. They said it gets slippery which I feel is the point? You slip you land in the water! Anyway, it wasn't open for 3 of the 4 days because of scattered showers. On to the pool, after being turned down at AVA bay we got some chairs by the pool. As I mentioned it was raining on and off, but we were still enjoying the warmer weather. We asked if we could open an umbrella so our things would not get too wet when it did rain. We were told No because it was too windy. So, no obstacle course and no umbrellas? On to the room... We had the hot tub on the deck which saved us when it was unseasonably cold as there are no hot tubs by the pools. In my mind this is a big miss for them if they aren't going to open AVA bay or let you use umbrellas. On the second night the air wouldn't work and we did not sleep well. They fixed that quickly. The shower head was missing so when you turned it on it quickly flooded the bathroom.

The property is beautiful but is being poorly maintained and managed. Our sink would not drain in our bathroom. The elevators were nasty. There were cigarette butts on the pool deck. Also the immediate escort to the Legends timeshare when you purchase thru Expedia was very frustrating. We refused the push to go there and it still took awhile to get checked in. Also the continuous calls to try to get us to come to a timeshare meeting was annoying. There was zero consistency in what buffets and small snack areas were open- if a convention was there they catered to whatever area they were in.

It's a nice property. It's a new resort and they are still ironing out the glitches. The interior felt a bit dark but it's new and beautiful. I liked the French restaurant a lot but the others were just okay.
