Beyond horrible

The hotel should not be listed on your site. It is located behind an unrelated security stand, no street view so it already was sketchy. We didn’t knows where to go as there was no sign just a man yelling at us, “hotel?”. They let us leave our luggage there for sole but had co enter to put it bit in the click in room in a corner. No one else was at the hotel so it was safe enough but was left out in the open when we returned they e us pay in cash. They quoted us a price that was double what was on your website, we said no and showed him the price on your website, then he said ok and came down a little. The rooms did not have basic items such as garbage cans, towels, shampoo/conditioner, working lights in the bathroom
There were missing outlet covers, broken furniture, stained sheets that were not tucked in, no comforters, and only one pillow per double bed. The last straw was bugs all over the bed. We tried to get the money we’d paid 10 minutes earlier when we checked in and they said no, your website would return our money. You refused. Run from this hotel. Do not be fooled because of the proximity to the airport and cheap price, it’s NOT worth it and should be removed from your site.

No water. No room key. Not recommended.

This property did not feel safe. There was no water in the room. I was not provided a room key— I was told my door was propped open, which it was. The parking lot of this hotel is a rental car/airport shuttle parking lot. I would not book this again, even if it was the ONLY available bed in all of CancĂčn.

There was absolutely no water in the room. no water in the sink, no water in the shower, and the toilet didn’t flush. the bedsheets were dirty. the name of the hotel is a load of crap. the hotel is located 3 miles away from the airport & the taxi cost us $60 each way. we ended up moving out the same night we moved in because of how unsafe we felt. the locks didn’t lock properly. made us believe that the whole hotel was just a scam and that we were going to get robbed at night as soon as it would get dark outside

The hotel I have tonight is an absolute disaster. The water sprays all over the bathroom floor from the toilet when the shower is on. The toilet doesn’t flush. I have a bucket for that. And the woman didn’t get a remote for the a/c in the room until after an hour of me being there. I go to get in the shower and there are no towels. I have to then get dressed to go ask for a towel. The hot water lasted less than a minute. And not to mention the black mold in the closet.

This place is totally misrepresented. The room was like a warehouse big with 12 foot ceilings. Three beds spread around looked like a hostel. A/C not working, no towels or soap in bathroom. No windows just large glass sliding doors to enter with big canvas drapes that did not open. Room was damp and beds felt wet. No way my wife was staying there so we left and stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott down the road. This place should be removed from the Expedia website and my money should be refunded!

This property is a scam, was unbelievable rude the person that answer me over the phone in the front desk. They advertise that have paid transportation to the airport but was none! Also they told me that does not have any record of my reservation! The value to be close to the airport was null. I was in need to make another reservation and stay in a different hotel. Expedia must make the effort to reimburse me and stop doing business with this property!

This place sucks.

We reserved 3 rooms for 5 people, we had to stay in one room because they didn't have the other ones ready. The hotel property shares space with a transportation company. A guy from the transportation company threatened us and became very violent when we asked for help. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

By far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at ever! This place should be removed from Expedia immediately due to false advertising of the rooms. We arrived at 1:20 pm check in is at 3pm and if we wanted to check in earlier we would be charged xtra. There was no one to greet us in a run down reception. 1 hr. Later a cleaning lady came and told us someone would come at 3pm to check us in. There is 1 small restaurant to eat at and the nearest convenience store u have to walk to on a dangerous road. The room had a ceiling with mold and a leak of water falling into one of the beds. No microwave, no kitchen, no coffee machine, no tv, no internet, no fridge and they charge 500.00 pesos for a 5 minute drive to the airport when we can get an Uber for $8 American dollars. We stayed 1 night and left the next day. The only pro was being close to the airport. Do your self a favor and don’t stay here no matter how tempting it is with the price. The guy who checked us in also kept our change and said he’d give it to us later and never did.
