The staff is great and very friendly. The room was very clean. My only issue was the rest of the property, everything was broken or in bad shape. All the walk-through outdoors areas, cabanas, and boardwalks were broken or collapsed. The WiFi didn’t work the whole stay, the pool at the ground floor was very dirty so much we didn’t bother trying to swim in it but they’re roof top pool was perfect (sadly most of the areas on the rooftop were unusable, the roof of one of the shaded areas was falling in and other areas were fully collapse and fenced off with caution tape). The beach is very swampy looking, took one glance and never visited again. I really wanted to like these place but it was simply not in good condition, i don’t know if it was due to storms or just bad maintenance. Oh one last thing, you can hear everything from the main road, it sounded like the door was wide open; it was very loud 24/7, especially at night when cars and motorcycles race down that road, I had to wear earplugs to sleep.

I book to stay here for my birthday. When I say worst decision. Once I got in the room. I had to wonder if I am cursed. The property look nothing my the IG page or the images here in Expedia. The same night I ask the front desk if we can leave in the morning and get a refund for the night we are no longer on the property. The room was just disappointing. Which is supposed to be the luxury room with access to the pool. You’ll get access right to the stair of death that leads into a dirty pool. Like I said it look pretty in pictures. Once we check out the pool the back door that leads to it did not close. I have to use the chair is the room as a security kinda think cause the door would not lock. The we decided to walk around the property to check out the amenities. When I let you!! Words can’t explain how regret entered my body and said “you know damn well you need to leave this place”. And I listen but not before my feet fell into the bridge that leads to the beach ( I’m using the word beach very loosely here). That was another joke I thought I was being prank the whole time I was there. And don’t get me started in the smell of the swam. The smell definitely kept reminding me that I was indeed not being pranked. Cause that place was a death trap. In the morning I went to speak with the manager. Who agree to a refund and we left the property. Just for us to be arguing with Expedia to get our money back. The property did not hold us there end of the agreement.

I love the fact that is pet friendly. The place is really Tiki, it’s a beautiful hotel, crafty. The rooms are really nice and clean. The swimming pool on the roof is nice. The staff are great and helpful

If you are looking for a traditional resort experience this is not what you want. The “beach” is small and unattractive, the main pool is dirty and cold, and the breakfast included was fruit, a glass of juice and one small pancake. If you are looking for a place to drop your luggage and sleep while you explore the area this is perfect for you! We were rarely in the room and it was easy to take Ubers to the “resort” area, train station and airport. I didn’t hear any noise from other guests/rooms, but the traffic noise was noticeable.

The property was good. Stayed 5 nights. It is a bit far from the other Hotels, but there are Ubers. They need to work on the noice maybe make the outside wall higher. The staff was Awesome!!!

The hotel is in a good location but from the first night i told them i had no ac or wifi and for the entire time no one came to check on it or neither did they change my room or fix it. It's really not that hard to offer good customer service. The morning shift person was nicer than the guy in the evenings.

The staff was very tentative and very nice. Overall the stay was beautiful we had a luxury room with swim up. The room smelled “old” like mold old. The bathrooms were clean. Mosquitoes are bad. Food was HORRIBLE at the hotel. Terrible selection and what is considered free breakfast is a slap in the face. Best to uber from here to the party side of Cancun, not so bad. The place has potential especially when it comes to service. A lot of TLC is needed to cover the smell. Headphones went missing at desk and NO ONE could “find” them. (Unrelated to staff). There is traffic from the road which isn’t much luxury, other than that if you’re looking for a reasonable stay with a jungle like experience this is your place. Just remember the smell inside the room is awful, food is awful, it is on a mangrove swamp BUT THE SERVICE WAS UNMATCHED!

Loved this place! Very nicely decorated (Tulum vibes) and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The restaurants are a bit far, but the restaurant there was very good and the restaurant staff super friendly!

I should start by saying we booked this property because we don’t plan on leaving and just relax the whole time but we get bored so we went to our favorite Isla Mujeres ($20 Uber one-way) by saying that this property is very far from the action though close to the airport. It’s a beautiful place, lots of spots for photo op, it’s very instagrammable. Free breakfast was decent (coffee, pancake & fruits that’s all) But there’s really nothing walkable around the area, Bus R1 and R2 don’t pass by so it’s inconvenient. You’ll spend quite a bit on your Uber rides. Overall it’s a stunning resorts and would still recommend it!

This hotel had a lot of potential and the staff was very friendly and did their jobs well. The only thing was the amenities such as the pool in the rooftop and the beach area felt like it was abandoned. There was a lot of structures and area that looked like it used to be nice but it just wasn’t maintained. The beach was small and didn’t seem like it was kept up well. There was a sewage smell well walking to the beach and the hotel is too close to the highway. All we could hear was traffic. There was also a faint sound of spa music that played all night which was distracting when we were trying to sleep. Again, it was okay but it was missing a lot.

You need to stay here. It is like being on a jungle safari. They need customers so they can rebuild after the hurricane damage a lot which is evident. Most structures are made out of tree limbs, branches and other wood which doesn’t fare well in hurricanes. You can see what it use to be and can be again but they need paying customers. There is a rooftop pool and bar. Lots to see.
