Stayed on 2nd floor with ocean view. The staff was very friendly. Food was good but not a lot of options. Only 4 restaurants and a buffet. The pool looked dirty at the end of the day. Pool on the top floor was better but smaller. The room was outdated and needed major remodeling. The ac was turning off everytime we opened and closed the sliding door. They are remodeling the resort in August 2025.

They made us go to Moon Palace and waste a day with high pressure sales with 4-5 sales person one after another. This in exchange for free trip to Chichen Itza when we should have been given other options to purchase the ride like in other tourist places like Puerto Rico! Overall the hotel was good, food and drinks were great except for the Asian restaurant where the food was terrible and smaller portions. I would not return to the place if the high pressure sales tactics for time share thing. Ocean water in the area was amazingly blue.

The staff were amazing and friendly. They went above and beyond to make you feel welcome. An extra shout out to the entertainment crew, Gabriella at the egg station, Rosalia in the gift shop and Luis Reyes in the front tours area.

This is the best resort I’ve stayed at in Cancun! The beds were really comfortable. The food was actually good! My kids loved the room service app and ordered soooo much room service. The pool facilities are kind of small and could use some rehab, but there was a crew out there cleaning it every single morning. The rooftop has two pools and two hot tubs, a full bar, and a grill where you can get something to eat. It’s a lovely spot to spend the day or night. It’s a smaller resort, but because it is small the staff quickly learned our preferences. My favorite staff member was Ernesto, who brought me mimosas at breakfast because he knew I liked them! I will absolutely stay here again!

Overall it was a decent place to stay. But the credit they offer is a total scam. Good was decent. The grill steak house best steak in Mexico in a resort.
