The location on the Hotel Zone is perfect. The beach is clean and there are plenty of beach chairs. The rooms are big and all have beautiful views. The best part is the staff, they are all extremely friendly and accommodating.

A bit outdated, but very friendly staff and overall good service and food. Great location by the sea, nice beach. Restaurant Momo was an amazing experience, but you have to be quick booking. Great for families.

Within minutes of arriving at our room, we realized that the hotel was in need for renovation...namely, the bathroom room got locked from behind, phones did not work, and the general condition of the room seemed like it was patched together. Not to mention the noise from the music when we sat on the balcony to enjoy the ocean view. Finally the water slide was a little one..Good for 2/3 year olds.. Upon talking to the staff, we were told that the hotel is scheduled for a major renovation which is not mentioned anywhere on the expedita site at all, which is quite misleading especially of charging $550 USD/night.

This property was excellent. The restaurant choices were excellent and the coffee bar was so fun. The staff was so attentive. The pool and beach were so nice and it wasn’t too crowded. The roof top pool was quiet and a great view. The lagoon view was the best with the Ferris wheel and sunsets. The mall is so nice and in walking distance where they also have a dolphin show and aquarium. A great place to stay and enjoy the beach!

This resort was perfect for our family of 4. The beach was beautiful! We read some reviews about it being outdated but I’m glad we didn’t listen and still chose this resort. Yes something’s could use a revamp but the staff is amazing and do a great job cleaning daily all over the resort. They are all great and so friendly! We have nothing bad to say about this resort!

I had high expectations for this resort because of all the positive reviews. Sorry to say, I was underwhelmed. The good: Check-in/out was quick. Food was above average for an all-inclusive. Getting reservations was easy. Room service was quick and good. The entertainment was better than other resorts. Every day or night there was a live band. The evening shows were terrific. The rooms are spacious and the daybeds on the balcony are a nice touch. The pool was warm. Several staff members were stand outs- Sarah and Anjelica at the beach and pool and Alfredo in the sports bar. The bad: The hotel is "weathered", but still nice. A/C didn't work at first, but was quickly dealt with. The shower had a sewer smell coming from the drain. The service at the coffee shop is hit and miss. The workers speak little to no English and would often forget to make something. Not every employee was super friendly. They weren't rude just not as nice as other resorts. Housekeeping was very inconsistent. They would forget to restock the coffee and refrigerator. Had to call the front desk several times for water, coffee, and pop. The elevators are sketchy. They are very small, make weird noises and sometimes stop at random floors. The ugly: The last full day of our trip, one of the housekeepers stole money from my wife's backpack. The staff was not helpful at all. They said they "couldn't prove the money was stolen". All they had to do was check the cameras to see who entered the room!

They give 200 USD credit to you on your arrival and then at checkout they ask you for 200$ back and they even don’t remember the people they have talked to about the credit and create a chaos during checkout.

This place is BAD. No idea how they're still getting away with calling this place a 4-5 star. It's a hotel, not a resort. Staff is amazing, everything else sucks. I feel duped. Everything is run down, dirty and broken, no where to hang out inside, pool and "hot tubs" (they're slightly warm) are moldy and have sharp edges and missing tiles all over the place, everything in the room was broken and falling apart. The resort is attached to a big abandoned resort that's covered in graffiti and has massive chunks of concrete falling off onto this hotel. Often a 10 minute wait for an elevator. No real stair options. Anyone closing a door on the entire floor all night causes your whole room to shake so no one slept. We paid extra to take an earlier flight home because it sucked so badly.

we stayed at this resort for six days and had a great experience overall. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and well-maintained, but the hotel need some renovations to bring it up to date. Every night, they had a nice, family-oriented show which was a fun way to end the evening. The buffet food was quite good, and the smokehouse dinner was good. I especially enjoyed the food at GOLNDAL, which was tasty, but I was a bit disappointed that Gondal restaurant didn't offer any dessert after our meal and we see we have to asked them . The beach was absolutely beautiful and perfect for relaxing. The resort is on the smaller side, but we actually liked that—it felt more intimate, Overall, I would definitely recommend it, but I think it could improve with a few updates.

Beach palace will be undergoing much needed renovation soon, as we were informed later this year. Elevators were concerning at times but they were worked on while we were there. The property next to it is abandon and in shambles with police presence so that affects the feel. Food and staff were wonderful.
