This property sits next to a public beach that is very busy. I kind of expected it to be a little more secluded. The staff was great and very helpful. Food selection was ok. We were at the wrong end of the hotel zone for much of anything going on outside of the hotel.

The property is very nice! The rooms were spacious and all the amenities (pool, elevators, lounging areas, hot tube, entertainment, VIP options) were very good. The all-inclusive package had a lot of good food options from the breakfast buffet, room service, and late night snacks. The resort included a good variety of international restaurants (French, Asian, Mexican, Italian, American and Mediterranean). Our only complaint was our room mattress. It was worn towards the middle.

This was only my second experience of an all inclusive my first was a sandals when my wife and I was married . That being said I would like to tell what my honest feelings are on this property. I had watched many people's videos prior to our visit and knew from the opoions the food was going to be hit or miss we had high hopes however the food and drinks down to room service could disappoint . There juices didn't taste great even when in a mixed drink. Though the pour was heavy as we were in the xhail club suite good flavor was not the case even with tipping generous. I will say that they were attentive both pool side and in the vip lounge when taking care of the vip crowd .The foodwas very salty especially in the vip brunch at silk City however the dinner was very good with breathtaking views at sunset in our corner booth . Service was for the most part right on par in most restaurants other than being served a practly raw steak when ordering rare (it had a cold purple center rare is a cool pink) this was at fishnets . I will say the Petit deserts in the coffee shop we're a nice snack in the later part of the night and the carrot cake on the room service was definitely delicious and worth having, the BLTA and fries was also worth the order . The outside club on the 1st floor was always hopping and worth going to after dinner. If you have never been to an all inclusive this is a great one to get your first experience at.

If I’m in Mexico then I expect to have access to Mexican food for dinner each night. Unfortunately their Mexican restaurant isn’t open daily. And their buffet isn’t open for dinner. The best dining experience that you will get at this resort is the breakfast buffet. That’s when the sales team pulls out all the stops to wow the potential members. The resort is boring, honestly. The activities are wack. Their entertainment before the club opens is just another DJ. There’s not a show, ever. Just DJ’s at the pool, DJ’s after dinner, and DJ’s at the club. ::yawn:: Oh and the salsa isn’t even that spicy. They cater to a certain demographic; and it’s not me.

We were told that our booking through Expedia was subject to hotel discretion such as not getting the king bed, ocean view and junior swuite we had booked. No where on the booking site was that stated. The whole point of a deal is that you book right there so you can get the deal but that was not the case here. We did not get the room we initially paid for and that honestly made the experience terrible to begin with. The hotel would not accommodate either and simply just stated “ we’ve had issues with Expedia before” well that doesn't help us on our first stay here. Will not be coming back.

1,I like most of staffs who're working their but their front desk supervisor, he's not helpful at all his attitude isn't fitting with the other staffs and the property. 2, The food option is good but they're giving you a little option of drinks and they're serving the cheapest Tequila.
