Beautiful resort, very inclusive for everyone age and anything in between! Had sooo much fun! The restaurants food for dinner were ALL so fresh nd good. You wouldn’t even notice it was an all inclusive meal. The staff was soo nice and accommodated any need. Felt safe morning nd night. They had daily parties for night life the poured into their on site club which was sooo fun. A lot of daily water sports in the pool with swim up bars. I’ve never gotten so tan in my life lol. Rooms were cleaned daily sometimes twice a day something I’ve never experienced, lol I would say it’s more of a couples resort which was perfect for why we came, highly recommended! Very close to excursions and shops about 15mins. Ubers cost about $5 American dollars. Getting bck you will need a taxi had a hard time getting uber were none available. Taxi were a flat $20. Will recommend this resort!!!

Pros: The view was nice from the hotel, especially from an Xhale room that had balconies look out to the ocean. Staff was friendly and eager to assist with questions or problems with minor language barriers. It wasn't super crowded during out stay so there were ample shaded umbrella areas at the beach and no waits required for dinner if arriving when they open. There was some wait staff at the beach to try and get you drinks from time to time. Cons: This hotel is extremely loud and will be loud until at least 11 PM every night. This is not a hotel if you are trying to relax. There are no wave sounds due to the man made sand bar at the beach and the combatting music from the rooftop bar, beach bar and random boats docked at the beach. There was a minimum of 3 songs playing at one time while at the beach. If you have a Peanut allergy DON'T GO HERE. All of their menus have cross contamination warnings or may include peanuts even in cuisine that has absolutely no peanuts in them including the Mexican, Italian and Sushi locations. The drinks you get are filled with a lot of sugar and the alcohol used is diluted and nearly see through no matter which liquor you choose. If your room has two rain shower heads, only turn on the one close to the wall as if both are on it will flood the room after just a few minutes. There was no "extras" for paying for the Xhale package. You had a lounge with "premium" drinks and another pool and that is it.

I stayed at the xhale master suite and it was an amazing experience. The dinning options were great and everything was all inclusive with no extra charges. I had access to the rooftop pool which was nice, and also silk city for breakfast (super nice). The staff were always friendly and didn’t harass for tips, they served you so well you will feel guilty not to tip.

The property and most staff is great. Food and variety of it was good even for my picky friend. We went 4/12-4/19. Property is close to the airport and is located in the Cancun hotel area. Lots of car and foot traffic. What I didn’t like was I was told I had ocean view but it was on the side of the building so I’d consider partial. I did not receive vip benefits of upgraded room either. The free champagne was a coupon. In advance of our stay I contacted the hotel through Expedia and their Facebook. I never received response to my inquiries for birthday decorations or tour options. Our room was on the first floor and heard traffic through out the night so couldn’t enjoy open balcony to hear the ocean. Noise could be heard through closed windows and doors. I was told by another they had same issue and were on the top level of the higher tower.
