Overall the stay was good. We were late being able to check in then had to wait almost an hour and a half for our bags to be brought to the room. When we arrived at the room, the A/C seemed to not be working. I went back to the front desk and spoke to the gentleman who had just checked us in. He advised me that it had been out resort wide and I should’ve been told at check in. I reminded him that HE had checked us in. We were moved to an upgraded room but our last night, the A/C went out again. The facilities , restaurants, and majority of staff were up to par.

Friend’s 40th Birthday Trip
It was nice. I like the fact that it was adults only. Some staff weren’t that friendly and there could have more entertainment options but overall it was a pleasant stay. The room was clean but needed some minor touch ups. The spa service was awesome and the buffet was my favorite. I would consider going back again.

We had an amazing stay with a larger group. The staff is what really stood out! From the moment we arrived until the moment we departed Xavier took care of our belongings and helped us get ready to go to the pool while we awaited our room being ready! Emelio checked us into the exhale club and helped us arrange a perfect semi private group dinner for my birthday. He checked in on us throughout our whole stay and is so friendly. Memo stood out on entertainment and was present day and night!! Christian the bartender was so attentive and made a great drink we made up and just named it “the Christian” haha! We will be back for a fun time. The food was good, some of it great. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms were so clean just some of the furniture looks like it could be refreshed and as stated everywhere they do everything they can to clean up the beach of seaweed it’s just not great but we spent the entire trip at the pool anyway! 1.Limited food for vegetarians. 2. Employees at the restaurant/ Bar were only nice to those who were tipping. Otherwise they won’t care about you. Even at the night club the lady didn’t even bother to ask us if we want anything. She was only going to large groups knowing she will make from them lol.
