The room was clean but very small. The bed was very hard. Only one person working the desk at check in. Long line and long wait to get our room. Staff was very helpful and kind.

Check in was realy rough, we were 2 couple, the front desk needs more training, "Christian" is trying to come across as professionally, but in stead, he comes across as arrogant, and above you, with sarcastic coments. The manager had to step in. Other than that our stay was excellent, everyone else there was very professional and amazing, from house keeping, hotel shuttle, and breakfast staff.. and a huge shout out to Bruno.. He, was my favorite. Very professional, Very kind, and made me feel like I couldn't easily stay there again. Thank you to everyone that made our stay enjoyable.

Rudest and snob receptionist I have ever encountered. I'm a frequent traveller and believe me when I say that the people you put behind the desk is very crucial in making the guest feel welcomed. Train them better customer service. When I politely approach them during 3PM check in and looking to ask questions, they wont look at you nor answer you. They will answer you when its convenient for them. Will recommend this location.

Find somewhere else to stay
We were very disappointed upon our arrival. We were supposed to have a free shuttle to the hotel. We tried to call for over an hour with no response. Marriott tried to call. No answer. Hotels.com tried to call. No answer so we had to pay $75 for a taxi. We get here and they have no wifi like advertised. We check in and come to the rooms and there were no working tvs. I go take a shower and there is no soap. Basically nothing they advertised was offered. The only positive thing I can say at all is the room was clean.
