This is our second time staying here. We love this hotel and the staff is super friendly and helpful. We were having breathing issues due to the humidity in the room and they gave us an air purifier and tried to help as much as possible. It would be great if the hotel invests in a ventilation system or even open small windows to refresh the air in the rooms. Overall, the staff is great, the place is very clean and the price is affordable compared to other places in Cancun.

Quick stay

The stay was ok if your looking for a quick rest. They advertise a free breakfast but its only continental breakfast. They have hot breakfast but it seems to be for different people which is not explained. The staff was nice but nobody spoke English which was hard to communicate with them. The only good thing was that there is a mall right across the street and you can get everything there.

Close to Moon Palace

It's right outside the entrance of Moon Palace. Nice hotel and pool. The outlet mall across the street has super expensive prices.

The hotel was not as clean, new, or spacious as I expected based on their website and the brand they represent. While the employees were incredibly friendly and kind to us, there were several disappointments during our stay. At check-in, staff were on their phones, and when I asked for water (which was supposed to be provided in the rooms), they didn’t have any—not even a single bottle in the entire place. The breakfast buffet had to be paid for in dollars, which was unusual, and the receptionist initially said we could pay with a card but that wasn’t the case. Additionally, the sheets in the room were not very clean. Overall, while we only stayed one night and appreciated the friendly staff, the cleanliness and basic amenities fell far short of expectations.

Surprised for a Marriott to be moldy and dirty, uneven flooring both in the hallways and outside decking. Everyone seems to speak very limited English. Their shuttle service from the airport in making a connection was poor.

Worst service

Service was horrible. They did not allow us early or late check in. There was no free water. Although free shuttle to airport was listed, it was full for the time we wanted to go to airport. Break fast was basic and the service was discriminatory. We felt awefull.
