Stay was okay. Food was almost decent. The restaurants that actually have the better food you have to make a reservation and for that you can only do it between 8-9AM if not you're stuck with the buffet which is not very good (Family and I got stomach aches from dining there, last night of our stay we just ordered Uber eats instead) Bar was good, drinks were fine and they have a special drink menu for the kiddos. Amenities are out dated, pool tables are too old, some are even broken. Beat up cue sticks. Mini golf putter were bent or the handle was ripped or comming off. Fosseball table was broken barely useable. Only one Xbox was working Pools were probably the best part, clean, right temperature, pool area for kids, adult only pool, indoor pool, 4 big water slides (2 were shut down) Staff was excellent with an exception of a couple but we all have bad days. Rooms were okay, House keeping did good and they actually restocked the mini fridge which was a first. I would rate this a 6 out 10 don't think I'll be back here. This is a good option if you need an affordable stay while you go do some activities and explore the area. If you want to spend your stay at the resort just relaxing there are better places

Resevation clerk had us standing for 10 minute before checking us in. She was just shuffling papers to make it seem like she was working. I had to say is anyone going to help us in order to get help and checked in. It also says that your mini fridge will be stocked each day but that wasnt the case. Had to go down stairs to the counter to ask to refill.it but was told that that was room service . Mind you room service comes with a fee if they take it to your room when you call. So i went the day without it being filled .

My room was breathtaking The staff was amazing The food was mid not gonna lie The resort was DOPE Did I say the room was breathtaking???? Omg top floor honeymoon suite!!! I didn’t even wanna leave my room. I could live there. Lol The characters were fun. The pictures were beautiful. I definitely can’t wait to go back.!!!

Affordable resort, food quality and variety need to improve; especially the dinning options at La Palapa. Some areas were out of service: water slides and the Asian cuisine restaurant. Our overall experience was good but there are some areas of improvement.

The bartenders are great , waiters are great entertainment team amazing, the servers in the palapa Christian amazing, the pool servers Reyes amazing, -and Rubi the server my the pool and lobby ? Amazing jose the palapa server amazing, the entertainment team , Estrella ,Fernanda , Nestor,Altair,Tony,Karla,Messi,Gonzalo, Roberto,Chris, Pamela,hector,Adrian ,Liz , amazing, the only problem it was front desk was a cold welcome, house keeping was ok , my ac wasn’t working 100%, my fridge was not working properly, the mini golf is in horrible shape, the sports bar is in horrible shape , very disappointed for a hotel like that , i had part of my family there for 2 days , I was there 4 , they also had issues in there rooms , the house keeping, room service very slow , I had problems with my safe the first day and they tuck forever to como up , security, I’m coming to Cancun next year , but I will never stay in the crown paradise ever again , and I will tell my friends if they ever go there ? Not to stay there , it’s not worth it, I spent a lot of money on this trip , I enjoy the bartenders around the pool and all servers in the palapa but that’s it , I regret staying there for sure …. I’m sorry but the service and some areas like the mini golf and sports bars are horrible and need to be fix asap ……
