It's a 3 star place but i give it 5 stars. It's an affordable place to stay. The beach, pool and restaurant are all great. The views from the room are great. It's a long ways from the clubs abs restaurants.

Beautiful view, water, pool. Nice rooms. Some disrepair around building (in elevators). Food and drinks were mediocre. Not much around street side except 2 good restaurants across street. Beach walkable, nice beds. Check in was chaotic and wouldn’t call us a taxi to airport, told us to cross busy 4 lanes of traffic with luggage to hail our own at 6:30am.

Good size room, comfy bed, like the access to a fridge, balcony with a stunning view. The spa services were great! The cherry on the cake was the infinity pool & swim up bar. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel with some update needed

The building is nice. The place and the vibe is nice. The room is ok-ish Would have been nicer is the window doesnt look dirty and the sills are fixed and cleaned. Our washroom mirror needs a replacement badly. We only stayed for 1 night. We stayed closer to the airport for our 5 am fly back home. The sofa bed in our room badly needed a cleaning. Didnt want to sit in there. Really dirty. Over all, for a 1 night stay, its not that bad.

We loved the infinity pool and direct access to the beach. The staff were great. We had a wonderful couples massage. The onsite restaurant was good. No outside food or drinks are allowed. There are no ice machines. If you want ice, you have to go into the restaurant and ask for it. There was no microwave. Morning coffee is available in the lobby for a price. We asked for an iron and they brought it. The bathroom did not have towel bars or hooks to hang bath towels. Some rooms have small balconies. Ours did not have a balcony.

Our room was great always hot water in the shower. Comfy bed. TV hard to figure out but all streaming so we watched my YouTube. Bus to Coco Bongo area is every 5 minutes or more for a dollar. Taxi is expensive - try UBER or bus.

We chose Cyan last minute because it was available! What a little gem! The staff is very friendly and they work very hard to keep a spotless and efficient facility. The onsite restaurant has good food and friendly staff. We especially loved William! This is not a huge resort - but it is quiet, clean and beautiful. The infinity pool is large, clean and refreshing. Access to the beach is easy and the lounge chairs, umbrellas and towels are accessible and appreciated. There is a swim up bar with two super nice bartenders. We ate most of our meals onsite or across the street at a nice bar/grill and a very nice upscale Mexican "fusion" restaurant. It was a laid back, relaxing week at Cyan for us.

My room was dirty and in a basement that didn’t feel safe. When I complained they switched my room where my sheets were dirty and my toilet wouldn’t flush. My TV didn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend staying there. The worst part is I reached out to Expedia to move to another hotel and I couldn’t get any help or speak with anyone.
