The bathroom ceiling was leaking water constantly. We were told they would fix it in an hour but they could not, then said in another 2 hours, we went outside for lunch and came back after 4 hours, it was still not fixed. We were eventually made to downgrade to a room without jacuzzi and without the immediate infinity pool access on the ground floor. I hope they will refund us as they have promised.

No hot water the entire stay. Paid for jacuzzi suite and couldn’t even utilize. Staff would enter the room even when being told not to! Very uncomfortable as I was not dressed! Entered without permission on a couple occasions. You will be sharing your stay with bugs also. I was told I would be receiving refund and haven’t received that either.

When I went to check out they went to check the room and said that they where missing a hand towel and charged me for it. They accused me of stealing basically. They should take the guest when they go check the room

Mi expreciencia en Cyan Cancun No fué buena...me cambiaron 3 veces de habitacion...la 1ra...No cerraba la puerta (el seguro estaba quebrado) en la 2da habitacion...NO servia el A/C...en la 3ra...NO servia el toilet......en la alberca...un guardia me gritó muy grosero porque "segun" NO apagabamos una lámpara y No podiamos bajar a la playa ...hay una area protegida de tortugas...cada noche llegan tortugas a desobar..y cada mañana pasan la maquinaria por ensima de esas areas limpiando la playa pero aplastando los huevos de las tortugas...todo mal...

I would honestly say this place needs a serious remode or restoration. So the place is extremely clean, but unfortunately it just looks so old that I don’t think any amount of cleaning will make it look luxurious. The staff was very professional. Oh yea and there was like 12 hour period with no power and no water which is crazy. We were only given a 12 hour notice and no kind of accommodation or credit or a refund was given for that period of time. Overall, I would personally say there is hotels that are a little bit nicer for the price. The food at the restaurant was ok. Oh yea when I went to use the hot tub there was a weird yellow crust looking thing that came out of the jets.

Need more stations in "ENGLISH". Overall the a perfect view, couldn't have ask for the view I had. Superb, picture perfect morning, noon and night !!! Couples dream vacation. Restaurant was excellent, but needs to work on my favorite Margaritas. All employees were helpful if the understood what you were saying. Overall I would rather over 95 percent.

The ocean view we paid for was not it. Full of seaweed , no balcony as advertised. Definitely do not recommend, also the girls that were at check in were rude and seemed bothered every time we would communicate with any concerns.

Hotel was a last minute stay, but was worth it. I would say 2 or 3day minimum. Staff was cool, not many speak English. Hotel elevator was under construction, one side worked but its tiny. While on your vacation the last thing you want to hear is banging in the morning while your trying to sleep in! The hotel restaurant was clean, food was okay. The hotel pool was nice probably the best thing there. The private beach had seaweed but they do try to clean it in the morning. Overall the stay was okay for what we needed, its not over the top but very affordable & nice enough to enjoy yourself. There is a XoXo convenient store across the street, they sell tacos, hot dogs, chips, beer all the snacks. I would stay there again.

I shaw good photos on expedia but as expected it was very tiny nd uncomfortable room. There was no charging points near bed so i have to sit down to charge my phones n it was too smelly.

More affordable option about a 2.5 3 star. The restaurant had many great choices, bed comfy, spacious. Quick check in. Needs maintenance a little rundown, our patio dpor hard to open amd noisy. The view from the infinity pool to the beach beautiful.
