We had mixed feelings about our stay at Dreams Riviera Cancun. The kids’ program was wonderful—my daughters absolutely loved it, and the staff were great. However, there were several issues. Restaurant availability was very limited, making it hard to enjoy the different dining options. The main pools were not very clean, and there weren’t many water activities or toys. Our room’s plunge pool was also poorly maintained. The lobby had no air-conditioning, which made waiting uncomfortable, and both check-in and check-out took much longer than expected. Overall, the resort has potential, but several areas need better management.

Okay stay but never again

Bottle of choice was not given till day before departure. The hotel is out dated and hardly any elevators where convienant. My closet and room doors wouldnt shut properly. I coupd hear people loud thru the walls. Amenities and tablez for shows too expensive. VIP coupons were not given at check in, but delivered a day before departure. Bell hop was scheduled for 430am pick up and they didnt arrive till 440 but my ride to airport was already there. Spa was ok but dirty water and my lady was too rough luke she was new to massage or didnt know what she doing. Used elbows frequently too painful. Salon charge too much for simple things. Lash strips are 25 dollars smh.
