As a 22-year expert in the Food and Beverage and Hospitality industry, I can confidently say that this establishment excels in guest service. The staff here is incredibly attentive and incredibly honest. One memorable incident involved me misplacing some cash in my room. When I returned, my housekeeping lady had left it neatly organized on my dresser, with not a single penny missing. Lorenzo, the bartender, was also outstanding. I cannot speak highly enough about the entire staff here. Few opportunities in terms of detail cleaning in the rooms and perhaps a little improvement needed with the food other than that I highly recommend this hotel

Our overall vacation was ok but there are definitely areas of the resort that coukd use improvements. The pictures online are deceiving and the hotel is old and needs major upgrades. We booked a preferred king ocean view room

Property was beautiful, room service was great, staff was great. I like that you didn’t need to make reservations for dinner, it was first come first serve. The one thing I would change is the strict dress code policy. The restaurants are right in front of the beach and pools but do not allow you to enter without a cover up

Resort was very pretty. Beach was clean and beautiful. Room was also nice and clean. I will say the bartenders were mediocre and very forgetful. My friend ordered three drinks and the guy brought her all different ones that she did not order. Drinks were watered down and all sugary. BARTENDERS need to be trained on how to make cocktails. They weren’t even blended or mixed properly. Staff were not that friendly either to be honest. Didn’t really interact with anyone I noticed. The food was really bad and always cold no matter what. The choices were the same every single day which got boring after day 2. The coffee place had no expresso since it broke/stopped working. After two days it still wasn’t fixed. I asked for an ice coffee and was told it doesn’t start till 10. Who doesn’t serve coffee any time, all day? Frappachinos take 5 seconds to make and that was also only at 10 am as well. I asked the coffee bar if I can get my ice cream in a cup instead of a cone, she said “I am sorry that is for coffee.” I COULD NOT GET A CUP????? Two restaurants were closed on Thursdays? I mean common, we pay all this money. Overall great trip and it was a great vacation.

Staff was great. Malissa was an excellent employee. She helped us throughout our stay. Bartenders were great and the staff at the restaurants were wonderful. Best beach in the area. Kid friendly. We walked to Starbucks and felt very safe. Shopped across the street. Walk about 5 minutes and you get to their version of a Walmart. Felt safe
