Traveled alone and enjoyed my stay. The swim up pool was relaxing. Appreciated the extra time given at the resort since I had a late flight. I had to check out but could still use the facilities.

Emporio staff was nice and helpful but the buildings were outdated and in disrepair. Much construction going on around the property added noise and ruined the views. The restaurant situation was confusing. Some days the upstairs restaurant was open and other days we were redirected to the downstairs restaurant. Doesn’t seem like a big deal but just a pain due to the many many stairs all over the property making any trip confusing. The room clean enough but still outdated and shower was moldy. We requested room’s together and got rooms in two different buildings at the last minute.

Room is too hot. AC limited to 22°C but the room never reached past 23.5°C. Woke up in the middle of the night with the room temp at 24.5°C even though the AC was on at 22°C. The room also smelled like mildew. At first the pillows were a little moist but after room service changed the sheets and pillow cases they were dry. But the room still smelled the same. If you have all inclusive you do have access to the dining halls, and the restaurants you need reservations for. Most of it is included unless you get something out of their all inclusive menu. Buffet dining halls has basically the same stuff every day with little variations. If you're enjoying the pool they do have an area set up to get food without having to go inside a building. The alcohol is completely watered down. Even when they pour doubles. Shots of tequila burned like tequila but it didn't really have an effect like it should. It's all inclusive so you can drink as much as you want. Coconuts that grow right there on the trees they charge $10 usd for 1 and isn't included in all inclusive. Booked 8 nights and after 5 nights we were ready to leave. The walk to the dining halls are treacherous through the blazing sun and up multiple sets of stairs with no shade. Bring your own sun screen and after sun aloe vera if you plan on enjoying the pool, beach, jacuzzi, etc because the sun is ferocious. But do enjoy your stay it's vacation after all.

We were informed that our room would be ready. And we would follow up every 30-45mins since we had arrived in Mexico at 10am.. we weeent checked in until after 6. Room was beautiful but if people are supposed to check out at 12 and you are aware that the new hotel guests were already there why would it take several hours to clean up the room. Service from staff and Management was terrible. We checked out and went to the Hyatt.

I paid for my room in advance (a specific room type) and still got there for them to tell me they sold it. That dampered my entire vacation. No resolution was made And now here i am still waiting on my refund. My money was taken swiftly now i cant get it back. Unacceptable.

The property was beautiful, but a bit complicated. The lobby was located on the 4th floor, but there were restaurants on the lower level & one on an upper level that you had to talk up stairs to reach or take an elevator from the lower level. There were a lot of stairs, so a lot of walking.

The hotel room and property was nice my room air conditioner was a little low and couldn't adjust it to make cooler. There was discrepancy with type of room i selected. Apparently ocean view is partial view of ocean and Ocean Front is Ocean view. Spoke to Pedro he was wonderful and showed me another room to my satisfaction. The food was good they have two restaurants one Italy other Mediterranean with a lot of meat. The swim up bar is nice with two Jacuzzis the drinks included not strong unless you pay for top shelf at additional cost. Beautiful views throughout resort, i thought i would hear music but no music at poolside. They have buffet open daily from 5pm- midnight food was very good.
