The property was great over all - beautiful location and grounds. The food was good, but not as good as I was expecting for a 5 star resort - comparing to other 5 stars we’ve stayed at. Drinks were never consistent from bar to bar, seemed rushed when making them, would make mistakes. Staff were nice, but tipping almost seemed expected, which is not what we’re used to either. Probably wouldn’t stay here again knowing what else is out there.

Service and staff were as good as it gets! Facility itself starting to look a little dated but staff more than makes up for it. Property is perfectly manicured! Beach was great with very little seaweed.

The staff is amazing. The beach was beautiful, no seaweed. The food can be hit or miss at some restaurants. Our room ended up leaking from the rain and we had to be moved into another room. Overall, it was a good trip, but the resort could use a few updates.

I would recommend having a smoking area near the beach. Smokers have to walk a long way to get to the smoking area. Heard a lot of complaints from smokers, I understand a lot of people don’t smoke but make it fair for everyone

I had an amazing time with my wife here and the food and staff are Excellent! No pun intended. Even with construction going on they went the extra mile to ensure it wasn’t an inconvenience or an eye sore.

The hotel is very new from we heard in the area. Best for people that want to stay in the hotel to spend their vacation. They do have an app with all resorts information, to entertainment, restaurants and bars. Very private area so it safe. If you plan to go out and do activities do know that the transportation (1hr 20min) is long from Xcaret, playa de Carmen, Cobá, Tulum. The closest is Isla Mujeres with a close ferry. Room is very luxurious like a small studio. We had all inclusive jr suite and loved it. Staff very helpful in transportation and were do dine. Staff very respectful. Earliest establishment open 7am and late one at 10:30. Entertainment was done at 11ish. Hotel room were away from these areas so you do get a quiet sleep. Pool is around the rooms so you don’t need to walk far. Definitely recommend this hotel for people that want to stay in.

The only issue was all the electricity went out for a couple of hours on Thursday night in our resort building #1. It was a little alarming and no one gave an explanation or apologized for the inconvenience. The resort rooms and grounds were exceptionally clean. The freshener used in the lobby restroom was amazing. I would like to know what scent is used.

Retuned to this property for the second time, was a bit different but still a great time. Good food and drinks. Recommend this place for a great time but 4 stars because upon asking to change rooms because of lizard and mosquito issue, was cumbersome. Otherwise was overall good.
