Swim up pool room was outrageous! Property was clean and well taken care of! Staff we all very caring and very personal. Only knock I had which is super picky is all the restaurants food selections were limited and everything we ate needed more seasoning. It was all pretty bland. The entertainment director there needs a raise! The events were fun, creative, and kept us coming back for more!

We were unfortunate to have bad weather the week we went. Rained all week and was cold and cloudy. Was still a beautiful resort. Had an issue with 1st room and we were given a new room. Staff was warm and friendly.

I enjoyed the VIP! It was noted and when we arrived we received a bottle of champaign and fruit, late check out and discount on the spa. The service was EXCELLENT --the service is what this resort if known for and it did not disappoint. We had a beautiful terrace that was bigger than our room with a plunge pool, sofa, outdoor shower, and Bali bed --that was just our room! It felt like our own resort. The resort itself was beautiful with great shows and good food.

Loved everything about this resort. We stayed in building 5 and initially thought we’d want to move closer to the main pools as others had suggested, but we quickly found we enjoyed the quieter room area when we wanted it.
