Everything was wonderful about the food and resort and beach. We stayed in a swim-up suite in spa block 5, and our patio was shady most of the day. I'd recommend requesting block 1 or 2 next time which got a lot more sun. Since it was Feb and the evening weather wasn't warm, our room was very chilly at night.

Our swim-up suite was beautiful. It was in spa block 1 and got plenty of sun on our patio. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel was stunning with beautiful areas, pools, a stunning beach, and restaurants. The food was top class, the best I've had at an all-inclusive.

The resort is beautiful, spotless, and incredibly relaxing, but what really makes it stand out is the staff. Every single person was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The food was excellent, the rooms were clean and the service was consistently top-notch.
