The Lazy River was amazing. Floats and towels were furnished. It was not crowded. The rooms were very nice and housekeeping was very good. Room service food could be a little better. Overall the resort was amazing and we will definitely be going back.

The resort was beautiful, food was great especially the Lobster House and Oregano. Staff and bartenders were great, we did have a bit of an issue with dining at The Grill but staff there were able to accommodate our needs. The activities were great and the bartenders were great as well!

The only complaint is the pools were not refreshing and they were somewhat dirty with what looked like black scum on the bottom in the grout. Service from staff was excellent. The room we had was a swim up jr suit and is well appointed and mini bar is well stocked. Cleaning staff is very thorough. Food was really good. A good variety to choose and for folks like me with special diets the staff and chefs are willing to do whatever it takes to make a meal tailored to your needs.

Was expecting so much more from the staff I am very disappointed in how they treated us had a man who did not get a tip and walked out of our room service without closing the door behind him or saying have a nice day. Our room was so humid that everything felt wet and we had to ask her for a dehumidifier.

The staff are friendly and always available, our rooms were cleaned and replenished daily, the restaurant selection inside the resort are outstanding and the service is excellent. There are plenty of daytime and nighttime activities/programs to keep the guests entertained including circus shows, live music etc. The one main issue I have is that this resort does not have a rollaway bed available upon request. One of us in the room had to sleep on the chaise lounge/couch. The beach was just ok, the water smelled a bit of seaweeds, and the seaweeds are everywhere. All in all, it was still a good trip.

Service was great, food was focused more on quantity rather than quality. I would prefer much better cheifs and bring much better reciepes and menus and cut the amount of resturants to half. The asian resturant for example was extremly dissapointing compared to all the other asain resturants we have been to elsewhere. The korean bbq we went to was literally rice chicken meat and vegetables, which was probobly the worst i could EVER Imagine. There are so many costless and effective ways to make the food in this resturant taste 10 times better than what it is. The food was very dissapointing not going to lie. But the service was great. But trust me most people like myself, prefer taste over anything else you offer in your hotel
