Getting picked up from the airport was a very easy process. The gym at the hotel although small but has what’s necessary and it’s clean. Rooms are nice the restaurant in the hotel also had good tasting food. I would definitely stay here again

Airport pick-up's and drop off's are consistent, just call and inform the hotel on time. Property is neat, pool has jacuzzi but no hot tub, safe for families. Has a mini shopping center behind as if you are walking towards Courtyard hotel. It's 20 minutes uber $18 or personal car drive to hotel-zone, 15 minutes downtown. Staff were very friendly, gave us early check-in as soon as we arrived. Room service was excellent with bunny design on the towel. Breakfast was good, restaurant food was good. General ambience was great. Nice place to stay and explore cancun away from the crowd.

The staff was just okay I never got picked up from the airport call like 5 times…They never told me there was a strip mall at walking distance I order to get a delivery that they took my bag of Doritos the Pesos got on my last nerve if felt like we was being told the wrong prices for U.S.dollars….the front desk could improve tremendously!! And the restaurant in the hotel!! Club sandwich was $26 u.s.dollars NO WAY!!!

I would totally recommend this hotel Facilities are great, clean, modern. Bed sheets amazing Breakfast included was exceptional. Not the regular continental breakfast but a wide variety of dishes and choices, they even had chilaquiles, beans, plantains, etc.etc. For me the best was the customer service. Specially a young man called CARLOS at the front desk, so attentive and cordial. The hotel is lucky to count with staff like him. Shuttle service was also good and comfortable Thank you
