Airport shuttle fiasco! We had to pay a taxi from the airport to the hotel because the shuttle never arrived. Once at the hotel, they said they assumed we had arrived at the national gate and didn’t find anyone BOTH times we called. This is part of the hotel’s day to day service and they should ask for the gate. Very disappointed with the shuttle service!

Perfectly serviceable! I know that sounds like faint praise, but this hotel is absolutely what you need for a place to land after or before your flights. There's a lovely little pool with a surrounding garden for everyone to decompress in (away from each other!) and the rooms are spacious and clean with no more or less than the ammenities you expect from a "business" style hotel. The breakfast is good (pastries a bit stale - but the chilaquiles make up for it!) and there's an adjacent convenience store where you can drop your remaining pesos on extra treats and souvenirs. Only negative is that they only give you two tiny water bottles in the room, but there is a water dispenser in the main lobby to use / the convenience store for additional needs.

Convenient and clean overnight

Great stay: clean and bright, the pool area was lovely, the service was courteous and attentive. We made a one-night stop here coming from the airport in transit to a resort. It was perfect.
