The staff are very friendly and take good care of everyone. The buffet has plenty of options that change daily. The restaurants inside and outside by the pool did not disappoint. There was entertainment everyday by the pool and in the evenings at the bar or theater. I would go again, and I would recommend this destination to others.

Isn’t a lot of entertainment, but when there is, it’s very nice. The rooms look nice, but the sheets and blankets smelled like sweat… Also the sanitation conditions were very iffy.For example employees didn’t use gloves. But the waiters were very kind, and the service overall was very nice.

Love the place. Amazing view from our room. As a VIP Expedia customer, I didn't get the upgrade. Though our room was nice, I believe I should be entitled on what I'm promised. Food is good. Lots of options. Our room is very clean but could hear the next door guests pulling the chair. Walls needs upgrade though. Lots of activities during the day and night. Staffs are very nice. It was a wonderful stay for me and my husband. I would recommend!

In the 6 days and 3 rooms we never did get our special welcome item- chocolate covered strawberries. There isn’t a lot to do other than swim or play on the beach. There is lots of food options but the food wasn’t great. It was ok. Overall it was a good experience, staff is really friendly and helpful but if you’re traveling with a party of 10 don’t expect to dine together. They cannot accommodate

The staff made our stay enjoyable, they were all attentive and happy to assist us. The property itself is need of overall repairs, many of the power outlets did not work at our room. Stains were noted through out the complete resort. Buffet food quality needs to improve as well as most of the offered cocktails which did not had much flavor. We were annoyed by some of the lobby staff attempting to sell us into getting their "access fiesta rewards" program presentation even after showing no interested on the offer, it got to a point that we felt uncomfortable walking at around the lobby area.

This resort is great if its what youre looking for. What this resort is: Family oriented, quieter, quaint, relaxing, super friendly staff and great pools. What this resort is not: party place, tons of entertainment or night time entertainment. Its not super "luxurious" or overly romantic. So your experience will depend on what you want. We travelled with 2 younger kids and it was great. The food also definitely punches above its weight for a 4 star. The food here was better then several 5 star resorts ive been too in Mexico / Dominican. The options outside of the buffet are amazing and most days you will probably find you dont even need to eat lunch at the buffet.

Great service all throughout the facility. Most notably was our server by the pool JJ was very attentive and would check on us on a regular basis. Marlene was friendly and always made sure our room was stocked and clean.

The food was awful! I got food poisoning from one of the restaurants. I threw up all night. I requested to have my soap dispenser replenished multiple times and was ignored. I did their spa hydrotherapy package, it wasn’t great. The hydrotherapy was rushed and the beach view for the message was in the middle of general walking area. I would avoid this place.
