I took my daughter on a graduation trip and we had so much fun! Plenty of relation and wonderful food. The beach was pristine and the pool was perfect! We loved the swim up bar as well. Our room was clean, comfy, had a wonderful balcony, very private. Totally recommend!

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Hype or Cost This was our first—and definitely last—visit to this resort. While the photos look beautiful, the actual guest experience was frustrating and disappointing. Most staff barely speak English, and service felt entirely tip-driven. Without tipping, we were ignored or treated poorly—unacceptable for an “all-inclusive” resort. On day one, we were rudely kicked out of the Excellence Club beach area while simply exploring. No courtesy, no explanation—just a cold escort. We requested snorkeling gear as advertised on the app. The front desk trainee claimed she’d never heard of it, then sent us to the beach kiosk. Despite asking her to confirm availability, we walked all the way there only to be told, rudely, that they don’t offer it “since COVID” and were pushed to buy a paid excursion instead. The pool at the aqua bar was dirty, and our room was extremely loud at night due to nearby parties—our kids couldn’t sleep. At the beach restaurant, my son left his shirt and Crocs while we swam. When we returned, everything had been cleared for a private event. Staff were unhelpful and dismissive, but we luckily found his things stuffed into a cabinet. Dinner was also a letdown. The food was of poor quality, and we all had stomach pain afterward. This resort felt more like a sales trap than a relaxing vacation. Poor service, bad food, false advertising, and no care for families. Not recommended.

After a couple of weeks after my return from my trip, I got some time to reflect. While there will be some highlights on your trip from individual staff, overall, it's okay. For the price point, I expected a bit more. Best part of the hotel is the kids club and evening shows. Is it worth the try, yes! But, you feel underwhelmed, ultimately.

Amazing stay for our honeymoon. The restaurants were top notch, each meal better than the last. We stayed in the adults only building and did not mind the kids around the rest of the property. It is quiet… so if you want bars open late and any kind of partying, this resort doesn’t have that. But it’s relaxing and amazing. Staff were incredible!!! Shout out to Rocky at Dommo.

This resort was beautiful and well taken care of. The food was better than most all inclusive resorts. Our family really enjoyed our stay. My only recommendation would be that they have some live music in the lobby area earlier in the evening.

This is my second time staying at this property and the service was once again great from when we first arrived until we departed. The staff is always friendly and willing to accommodate your needs. The experience was truly amazing and one to remember for all times. The beach the ocean the views the room and food were all exceptional. However, the best part about our stay were the people. I can’t say enough about the hospitality and how hard they are working. Early in the morning before most people wake up they making every preparation to ensure guests have the most enjoyable experience. I saw how hard they work and it made me appreciate my time there even more with the person I love. From Carlos, Victor, Pita and Ricardo sweating on the beach every day to ensure we have a great time. Alfredo, Anna Pau, Karina in reception were so very helpful and always willing to assist me in making my wife’s birthday surprises amazing. Our favorite restaraunt Dommo and the staff Efrain and team were exceptional in helping us enjoy breakfast and birthday celebrations with smiles and memories to last a lifetime. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts and we look forward to seeing you all again next year!

Double booked this property. The hotel has been giving us the run around for the last few months. They also tried to charge us triple the price for a boat upon checkout. We had 3 rooms and they tried to charge each room. Very disappointing. They were just trying to make money of us. I travel very often. I have never had an experience like this before.
