Construction every day starting at 7am even on Saturday and Sunday No dinner reservations available yet restaurants were empty Everything seemed more geared to members..just make it a members club Everything was available for EXTRA called to cancel Expedia agent was very helpful He tried but front desk manager was all of a sudden NOT available. Called back there next back NOT available very frustrating. Property was very run down very disappointing not worth the rating

This is not the resort that we have visited for years, they have cut to many corners to reduce costs. It is a joke what they have done with reservations for the two restaurants. They say they are full yet over half of the tables are empty at any given time. Although we did get in at Marco Polo the food was fair at best. I could not in good conscience recommend this resort to anyone.

You can not get into any of the restaurants except the buffet. They lie about trying to get you into the restaurants so you wait and wait but then tell you they can't fit you in. Saw so many people fall because of the wet floors, even my husband. The bar area lies about not having the top shelf liquors until you give them more money. Don't go to this resort and don't believe anything they say, they lie!

The hours of alcohol services we limited unlike other resorts in the area. The additional fee for room service was not great. Especially when the hours of some of the restaurants were odd. The pools seems to be closed for many different reasons. We tried to eat at a restaurant other than the buffett and the staff was less than helpful. I dont see myself satying here again.

Very good resort. All inclusive. Buffet is wonderful. Lovely hotel with views. Take R2 bus to downtown or to the ferry for isla mujeres. We will definitely be back .

This was the 3rd time I have stay there, every time we there we feel so special. Staff is great, the service at the pool and restaurant is great. 2025 we plan to go invite about 10 friends to come with us.

By far the worst hotel I ever been too!! I had never ever written a review for any place. But this time I feel that it’s right to show by point of view. I always read reviews but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. To begin with, they didn’t honored my reservations! I booked 3 rooms with king beds. They couldn’t honor it because there resort was “full” … then the guy tried to give me an upgrade for an ocean view for 100 dollars a night! Ridiculous! Especially with construction going on right next door. The bar closes at 11:50pm!!! Just have that in mind. The last buffet closes at 10pm. After that you will have to pay for room service of 5 dollars. The hotel and the rooms need a huge upgrade and normal maintenance. Please take the time and read through this. I’ve been to several resorts but nothing like this. Staff are friendly so no problem there. With this being said, I will never come back to this place!
