This was my second time staying at this hotel. Most of it was good except their towels. The towels are very old and very worned out. I suggest you bring your own towels. Also, it was very hard for us to get reservations at any of the hotel restaurants. We were there 6 nights and we did not get to eat at any of the hotel restaurants. We really enjoyed the nightly live entertainment. The buffet has a good selecting of foods. The hotel is near a bus stop which makes it easy to go in and out of town. Went with my two young children, ages 8 and 9 and my elderly mother. We all felt very safe. The hotel sits on a very steep hill and it was difficult for my mom to walk up to the hotel. Handles on the side walkway would be very helful for support for elderly people. Other than that, it was a good hotel to stay at.

Everything absolutely perfect. Todo maravilloso. Excepto que no entendemos como habia un solo tipo de cerveza XX equis,Mexico que es un pais con cervezas buenisimas como la Corona y Modelo y no habia ninguna.ni la Heineken internacional. Por lo demas quedamos encantados con el servicio y la amabilidad de todos alli. Volveriamos en cuanto podamos.

My husband and I had a great time at this resort. Especially doing the all inclusive package! But the only thing was that there was a lot of families. So next time we will book an all adult only resort. But still an amazing experience all together!

Property was just ok . Rooms are clean entertainment staff are the best ! Food is subpar ! Breakfast Buffett is good as there is always a lady making omlette and I love the beans tortillas and mango. The deli is also great their sandwiches delicious and their cheese cake to die for. However I find the resort itself pricey for me as I don’t consume alcohol . Also I took a day pass once and it was over $100 Canadian and only good till 5 pm . My suggestion would be different bracelet for non drinkers and a cheaper rate as they would be saving on us not consuming alcohol

NEGATIVE -noise, construction next door -basic bar, all well drinks, nothing premium. Sparkling wine for additional cost. -Asian restaurant, food is horrible. Download the Solaris hotel app and try to make restaurant reservations for each night asap, Marco polo restaurant and the Buffett is pretty much it, but don’t expect seafood or steak, there’s a coffee shop, nothing is open 24hr, no room service, again basic. -unable to swim in the ocean, that area has always a red/orange flag, dangerous. POSITIVES -close to the airport, $60 transport round trip in May -staff attentive and helpful, helped us rent a car, which was delivered at the hotel, $50 dlls per day -Spanish music nightly at the lobby bar -loved the flambéed coffee at the lobby everyday at 5pm -access to restaurants and amenities as soon as you check in, even can stay at the hotel after checkout with access to food, amenities and drinks.

This was my second stay at the hotel, and overall, I had a great, relaxing time — big thanks to the friendly and helpful staff! A couple of things could’ve been better though. One of the restaurants was under renovation, which was a bit of a letdown, and the food at Zai Restaurant could really use an upgrade in both taste and quality. Also, the shower had drainage issues. I reported it, but unfortunately, it wasn’t fixed during my stay.

Literally had an incredible stay with my husband and daughter and my parents and brother! The food was so good from the buffet and the cafe is so cute and has a variety of sandwiches and pastries! The nightly entertainment was amazing and the area was so clean literally a huge bang for your buck! Very fancy and elegant bonus for pictures

The staff was great and the lobby was beautiful. It was very clean and the pools were great. The issue I had was the appearance of the outside resort area. It’s outdated and it looks like it’s not up kept. Balconies look like they are falling apart and everything looks as if it were painted 25 years ago. The palapas look molded from the top and it makes the balcony view unpleasant. The food was ok but not the best. Overall it was ok. Value is ok for the price.
