Grand Fiesta was a perfect choice for my family. The restaurants are all delicious, La Jolla, the sushi bar, teppanyaki, pool side plates, Isla Contoy was also a great choice to have lunch or early dinner. The best part of the resort was It has the most clear and shallow beach amongst all resorts. The beach is beautiful and very children friendly for playing in the ocean and the sand. I’ve been to other new hotel before I visited Grand Fiesta but my favorite was Grand Fiesta, and I am certainly going to visit again.

Our bathroom constantly leaking and water is pretty cold. This hotel is kind of outdated and facilities are worn out. Restaurant service was Ok and friendly but front desk was kind of not clear on what events and activities available. Will definitely not come back to this hotel.

Amazing! We visited over Christmas and can not speak highly enough about this resort. The staff were all incredibly friendly, the restaurants were great, and the level of detail and cleanliness across the resort was impeccable. Tons of activities for both adults and children. The coffee shop/cafe was downright amazing! We will most definitely return. This is the perfect resort if you want to travel with children!

We stayed at this hotel for our Family Christmas this year, and it was perfect. The beach is beautiful white sand, the rooms were spacious and clean and there were plenty of options for dinner that accommodated our group of 12. Meals at this all inclusive hotel were very good! We will be back!

Excellent stay to visit Cancun. Hotel architecture and feel is of spacious, pleasant and relaxing. Room was very good size with separate space to sleep and relax. Room layout is excellent. Hotel staff and service get 5 star. Hotel is in good location, walkable to everything you need. It is more expensive compared to other hotels but worth it. Never felt crowded. Lot of swimming pools, plenty of space on the beach, lot of options to dine in the hotel. The newly renovated dining section is very good. I would highly recommend it.

Very good holidays, all of the staff are nice and professional. Beach and pools are clean and well maintained. Lots of restaurants can choose for dinner, and foods are good, all restaurants keep in a good level. A little complain from my family : there is not too much choice for lunch, especially for the long stay. We stayed 7 nights, even we were out of the hotel for 2 days, we are bored for 5 days’ lunch in the hotel.
