Siempre esperaba con ansias regresar a esta propiedad. Pero mis expectativas cambiaron esta vez que estuve allí. No vale la pena la cantidad que estás pagando por quedarte. Tenía un vuelo tarde y no hubo tiempo para cenar en un restaurante, así que estaba ansioso por pedir servicio a la habitación. Al hacer el pedido, que fue bastante ya que no habíamos comido, la mujer que nos ayudó nos notificó que solo se podía pedir un artículo por entrada. Me decepcionó haber pagado 50,000 pesos y no poder pedir lo que quería, eso fue una locura. Cuando reservamos para nuestros restaurantes, el hombre que nos ayudó, LEO, no hizo nuestra reserva para el jueves, así que no tuvimos suerte y no había opción de entrar sin reservación. Me sentí un poco decepcionado por la falta de servicio. Fuimos a un restaurante de carnes y el servicio fue horrible; nos dieron botellas de agua en lugar de agua en vaso, y cuando nuestras bebidas se terminaron, ninguno de los dos meseros que nos atendía vino a preguntar si queríamos un refill, pero ambos estaban muy atentos a la mesa de al lado. La comida no estaba bien cocinada y no fueron nada acogedores. Este resort no tiene muchas actividades adecuadas para niños. Ten en cuenta que si quieres quedarte en algún lugar, asegúrate de que sea un lugar donde puedas divertirte con tus hijos. Nos alojamos en las habitaciones 867 y 870 y el costo total fue de 100,000 pesos, y el servicio no estuvo a la altura de los estándares.

Maybe at some point this was a 5 star property but definitely not anymore. Windows leaked on the rainy days. We saw a cockroach in the hall. Everything was just a little bit rundown and old. The suite, wasn’t really a suite because the living room was combined with the bedroom so it didn’t provide the privacy you’d want in a suite. We won’t be coming back here. Better properties out there.
