Everything is excellent at the property. I only thing I did not like was not having adequate employees in the buffet restaurant. They were working hard, just not enough staff to run operations smoothly. Overall. Excellent stay.

Reserved our vacation here since handful of resorts in Mexico are pet friendly. The facility is a bit dated and needs some serious upgrades if they want to keep up with the other resorts. Food- The food at any buffets and room service is sub-par and below average with cheap ingredients and taste, however the specialty restaurants (Chianti, Tori, Steakhouse, Empanada Grill) were the saving grace. Night and day difference in the service, quality of food and taste. Drinks at the pool and common areas were not premium alcohol, rather tasted of cheap alcohol. Service staff at pool and beach areas slacks a bit, with sporadic service. Often had to wait 40-45 mins to even have someone come to attend. We had $50 stolen from our room on the 2nd day of arrival. Informed the hotel staff immediately within the hour, since we had counted and bundled the money before leaving for the beach and knew exactly how much was taken. The staff was rather unapologetic and literally covered up for the union staff member , despite their own investigation and found 1 staff member who came into our room ignoring the "Privacy" sign outside. Left a bitter taste in our mouth. Overall, the experience was a 2/5 and there are many other options that are much much better in hotel amenities, upgraded facility and food.

Horrible experience, very very disappointing and we will never go back .. so many problems- the room was very noisy, the hotel is desperately needing a general repair, the property is very shady so not a lot of sunlight, the customer base is low class so very impolite and rude people. The beach and pool area is probably the biggest no no- the beach is so small it only has a few chairs and a very small sand area so you pretty much have no chance to get a chair or even a piece of sand like never. The pool is the same- the is never, I repeat NEVER a single chair available so you have to stay in the water ( which is supposed to be heated but it’s actually not) without even a sun ( as I said the property doesn’t have a lot of sunlight) So yes, we are not content and we will never choose this hotel again ..

This was my 4th trip to Cancun and the ocean was the most beautiful. I don’t usually go into ocean but here I spent the whole day playing in the ocean. It was clean and peaceful and the food was good too. This is a resort I would like to come back to next time.

First time in Mexico and we chose to stay at this lovely location. Overall 10/10 , we had a room on the top floor and the view was spectacular! So blue and beautiful. The resort was very clean and service was excellent, everyone was very welcoming, nice and helpful. I will be coming back with my family next time. The spa was amazing not to mention I was the only one there for my whole treatment including the hydrotherapy which was like no other I’ve experienced before. Even the tours they have offered at the resort were spectacular, just 7 miles to the isla mujeres island where there were hundreds of school fish of many colors and sizes ! My brother and I had a wonderful time and can not wait to come back :)
