We stayed for 4 days with my fiancé and absolutely LOVED it!!! The staff was amazing from the beginning. The check in process was smooth and making dinner reservations was an easy process as well. Rooms were spacious and clean. We got an ocean front room and the views were amazing! Typically we don’t expect much from resort food but grand fiesta Americana was top notch! We also booked spa services which were amazing! Their beach property is beautiful with clear water and soft sand. No seaweed. We would come back here every year!!

The property was neat and quiet and the kids club was good! The pool could have more events happenings like other resorts and breakfast/lunch options are at just one reataurant for you to go! The rooms were neat but were having old worn mirrors! Overall its good for a good vacation!

The interior of the hotel is gorgeous with all that marble. The many pools are spacious with many chairs and umbrellas, and food and drinks service right at the pools. The food at the Al La Carte restaurants is excellent, as well at the Buffet Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner at the Vina Del Mar restaurant. HIGHLY RECOMMENT THIS RESORT !!!!!

We loved the service at the pool bars however the kids club was not great. I did not like the lunch options. All our dinners were great. Loved the cafe. Enjoyed all the pools. I wish there were more night shows. But the ones we saw were great. Our room was always cleaned promptly and room service was very quick and had good options.

The resort is lovely, with a great pool and well-maintained facilities. Everything was decent, and the cocktails were enjoyable. However, I wish there had been a deflector on the room’s A/C unit or an option to adjust the direction of the airflow. The air was blowing directly onto the bed, which disturbed my sleep a bit.
