1st time going to Cancun and the experience was amazing the staff I have never felt to pampered, if you get a chance go check out the spa my daughter and I had a relaxing experience, we also enjoyed the food the restaurants the only so so experience we had was at the steakhouse it was mid and staff forgot about us and we didn’t get the drinks we ordered the steaks were ok , also the fiesta rewards is a sham don’t fall into it for families who don’t have time to travel as much they made us listen to a 2hr presentation and would not take no for an answer they also promised a cabana and tickets to show and we got nothing but out time wasted that we could have been enjoying on the beach , overall we loved it the staff was amazing and planning on going back but this time not list to any presentations.

This hotel is advertised as all-inclusive, but dining here is far from convenient. You have to book a reservation for every restaurant in advance, but most of the time, everything is already fully booked. If you’re just a few minutes late, your reservation gets canceled. The only alternative is the open buffet, which offers the same limited selection of food every day. It feels like a clever way for the hotel to take your money without actually giving you what you paid for. Sometimes, it seems like they forget that I’ve already paid for my meals upfront—it’s not a favor to let me in, it’s what I’m entitled to.

Everything was great, staff was very helpful, the location was great. I was able to book all my site seeing excursions. The one thing that I did not like was the fact that a member approached me and my family saying they were going to give us a lay out of the facilities but what they wanted was for us to listen to them for an hour to try to sell us future vacations with the Fiesta Americana group, they said it was not a time share but is sounded it like it was. Other than that I would come back and recommend it to my family and friends.

Resort is amazing for a calm family friendly vacation. Not overly crowded with to many people. Great overall service and nice and friendly staff! Great food for kids and adults. Activity just for kids with staff members. Teen karaoke and adult lounges and party during the night.

First of all, I shared this info with the manager prior to leaving incase they weee not already aware. That said, This hotel should be rated closer to a 2-star for service. I am not a picky traveler at all, and have low standards, and the service was just terrible. To get into the standard breakfast buffet-be prepared to wait in a line for 30 minutes EVERY morning. If there is a line, why would you not get more staff to help seat people? Or, simply add more tables to accommodate more people. The fact that there is a line daily and the hotel is comfortable with that speaks volumes about the level of service. Never in my life have I seen a line to enter a buffet, much less a 30 minute wait. Also, why would there be a cafe, but never an attendant present in the morning when it’s prime time for people to get coffee? Half the time there was a huge line waiting at the coffee bar and nobody there working. Also, the workers had no idea what an espresso shot was. Some would say they don’t have espressos, 30 minutes later someone else was making them… Lastly, it seems like the staff rarely spoke English. I understand it’s Mexico, but it really becomes a problem when they are constantly bringing you the wrong order and drinks because they don’t understand you. At a hotel this expensive, I’d expect that the staff can understand English. Many times they were confused about the time events start, everywhere you go there is conflicting answers. This is frustrating when trying to plan.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Un paraíso total, servicio impecable Mi estadía en el Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancún fue simplemente espectacular. Desde el check-in hasta el último día, el servicio fue de primera: atentos, amables y siempre con una sonrisa. Todo estaba impecable y muy bien cuidado. La habitación amplia, cómoda y con una vista al mar impresionante. La comida deliciosa en todos los restaurantes, con mucha variedad y calidad. La playa es preciosa, la piscina increíble y siempre había espacio y buen ambiente. También disfruté mucho de las actividades dentro del hotel. Sin duda, un lugar al que volvería. Todo fue perfecto. ¡Gracias por una experiencia inolvidable!

food quality and variety is not what to expect with exception to Breakfast which has good variety, but booking to different restaurants in the property is always a hassle, either very late Dinner or not available, restaurant menus is very hard to read and the wait for food is about one hour from the time we give food order.On a different topic it is hard to get umbrellas in the beach unless you get up 7 to reserve one which doesn’t make sense

I had a wonderful stay at the resort. All the staff were very friendly, and the facilities were well-maintained and clean. The resort restaurants were great — as long as you make a reservation in advance, you can dine without any issues. Overall, the food at the restaurants was quite good. The staff at the kids' club were also very kind and took great care of the children, which was a big plus. I also had a fantastic experience at the Gem Spa — it was truly relaxing and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for both families and those looking for a relaxing getaway!
