Resort was larger than I expected. Little touches like a fresh towel and slippers when coming in from the pool area were nice. Food was good but not great. However, we had a sandwich from the empanada restaraunt that was excellent. But service at Nah K'aax was super slow. Overall, it was nice and we would consider staying again.

Most of the staff had good intentions but would commonly agree and say “yes (si) ” without actually understanding the requests we had. We also didn’t like how lots of things were extra, such as the cabanas, the cushioned chairs on the beach and the wines at the Italian restaurant.

Just came back from a 6 day trip. Overall very happy with the stay. This was the second time at this resort. There was some renovations done near our room (smell and sounds) but no other issues. Food and drinks were great! Staff was amazing and always helpful !

Love this resort. Pool is a bit shaded, but you can find sun. Beach is amazing. Plenty of seating. Cabanas are a must! Go to la Joya and ask for the tequilla tasting with Fernando!

I have stayed in many all inclusives, and Gran Fiesta Americana Coral Beach definitely wins the top spot! They were fantastic - so many amenities, beautiful new restaurants (the Argentinian steakhouse was AMAZING) and so many events and activities. The pools and beaches were beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Great staff and made our experience memorable by going above and beyond every time. Will definitely recommend for anyone looking for a Cancún resort!
