Better food options , better signs . Would be nice to have in English too. I stayed there for 4 days and still could not find the gym as there is no proper signs. As for food Tatish was good and the one next to it is even better. Sarape horrible ..Room was clean , linens too. Very helpful housekeeping staff. Elevator stinks looks like mold in the ceiling above, but either way smells.

Staff ushered us around on check in to three different areas. Building we were in smelled terrible of paint and silicone caulking. People yelling in the adjoining room. Bathroom faucets fell off. Wait staff at the restaurant basically ignored us. Thankfully we were only there one night.

Would not stay here again. Unless you have a pyramid bracelet, you aren't even a thought to this hotel. I found flies in the food multiple times and spent 48 hours without power and water. The food and drinks were extremely low quality, and this was the first resort I've been to that I could not get a blended drink. Was actually more excited to be going home than I was to get there. I will say, the beach was the best part of the stay.

So, I would like ask many stuff in the check in area, because the guest were too tired after the flight. We needed to be helped very soon and then go the room and get food. The host were really attending but the stuff from check in disappeared en any second.

I chose this hotel because it was an ALL INCLUSIVE but as soon as we arrived our hotel, our representative told us that they have 14 restaurants, but we could not eat in over half of them. He mentioned that any restaurant that faces the ocean is off limit to us. There seem to be other guest that couldn't understand this either. The hotel was without power of two days, about 6 hrs one day and 4 hrs the other. We have stayed at other hotel in Cancun and if there was a restaurant that was not in the package, there was an up-charge to eat there. Very disappointed in there advertisement that they say there all inclusive. We will not return to this hotel.

Horrible rooms smell no air vents in bathroom no safe locks u have to rent for 150 pesos a night food is nasty and cold horrible service not one person is helpful unless u accept to do the breakfest for a time share. Our fridge didnt work and they never came after calling multiple times after 5pm pools had no more clean towels u had to use urs even if wet beach party says included but u have to pay 1500 pesos for a bed/chairs or u cant be in that area. Staff is not helpful unless ur tipping is us $. Pool water is freezing. I would not recommend this resort to anyone plz save ur money and go somewhere else.

PLEASE READ If it catches your attention because of the photos, keep going…. Expedia sells this ALL INCLUSIVE package 8 restaurants and arrives at the hotel and there are only 4, the others you have to pay for not having the black bracelet including some area of the beach you have to pay extra to have service, in the pool you can get little towels and if you order them from another Kiosk the employees threaten you, the bathrooms of the public area are always dirty, the food in the buffets “international” is ok👎 taste good but not many options

I reserved a two bed room since i was going with my daughter, but i was given a one bed room. I called to ask and i was told there was no room available that as soon as one was available i would get changed. That never happened; i was never called back nor told anyhting about getting another room. Restaurants were always full was never able to get a reservation and the staff are very rude. We were at a restaurant waiting, for 1 hour, and the waiter was very rude. She came out saying that she only had a table for 4 people if we took it or left it. We questioned when were the others going to be seated and she just walked off. At that moment we did speak to the manager.
