I recommend this Resort. We went during peak times. Service was not as great, Almost no availability on beds next to pools. Food is 8/10. Many shows and activities to do.

If you like mold come over to this resort.The food is not so good. They promised 5 stars but this look like 2 stars. They said we have access to 6 restaurants but meanwhile there is additional pay to go other restaurant. Common areas are quite nice and clean. 1950's used to be 5 star hotel but not today standard.

This property is absolutely massive. I would rate it as a three star overall. If you don’t have a special black band, you cannot eat in any other restaurants you’re only gonna be eating at the buffets. Although the beach was very nice and there are no chairs anywhere around the pool or on the beach

I wouldn't come back to this property. I travel to mexico a lot and have stayed at a lot of nice all inclusive resorts. This resort advertised as being all inclusive but when we requested room service and more beer for our room we were told no, room serviceis only for the pyramid and we had 4 beers in our room for the day. The restaurants were hard to get to from our hotel with a lot of the restaurants having extra charges. The bathroom in our room was dirty around the toilet, the curtains and the pillow cases. When we asked housekeeping noone could help us because they didnt speak English. The buffet was hardley a buffet. I was very disappointed and happy to only have stayed a few days.

Best part about this resort is the beach. Rooms are very old and everything in them needs an upgrade. Pool and beach services are non-existent. Average food options and quality. Unenthusiastic employees rarely willing to do anything to make you feel valued. I would not stay here again.

The environment in the hotel is very good, lots of pools and activities, good for families with young children. Staff services are responsive. However, the room is old. There’s a smell in the room. All inclusive price doesn’t include every restaurant except buffet. It takes more than two days or longer to book the steak house.

The property is beautiful! We booked an all inclusive resort but when we got there, found out it was not all inclusive and we had to pay extra to have access to several restaurants. We were also excluded from certain areas of the resort. The buffet had the same food everyday and did not provide more of a variety. The bathrooms on the facility were not updated and had strong sewage smell.
