The hotel was nothing special, rooms were outdated, TV with no internet and only spanish channels. Fixed shower no option to shower the kids, shower had had to be 20 years old, bathroom was ok otherwise, the rest of the hotel was so so, food was as well so so, they try to sell you Timeshare on the 2nd day you are there... just refuse the presentation from the start they offer you free massage or something else, just say no... 17K for a time share plus montly payment for $350 to get two vacations.. no thank you deal got sweeter and sweeter the more time you say no.. just walk out if you start over all average the whole experience definitely would not go back to this place

Worst hotel ever. Not so all inclusive, everything has extra cost. Rooms seem like they are going to fall apart. For dining you have to make reservations through the app which are always fully booked. But they however do have reservations if you pay a fee per person. Would never stay here again!

This review is for the Grand Oasis Palm which includes much more and is far more worth it if you like fine dining. I would recommend this more for younger couples or single people. Pros: Safe Close to Airport All Inclusive 3 Restaurants FREE 1 Buffet FREE 3 Additional Locations For Daytime Food FREE Drinks & Alcohol FREE Unlimited Ice-Cream FREE Coffee Cafe Food Drinks FREE Sports Bar FREE Fully Stocked Fridge FREE Fairly Nice Pool Kid Friendly Beach Pool Arcade Great Location Water On Both Sides (Beware Of Crocs on the land side) Busy!!! Easy Checkout Cons: Loud Outside Noisy In Room, Especially from 7pm - 11pm Party Vibe Packed - Lots Of People Small Rooms (Especially with 4 people) Slow Staff Long Wait Times Not always clean but they clean all the time Must make reservations for fine dining restaurant's at least 24hrs in advance. FREE with Grand Oasis Palm Restaurants can be confusing WIFI is hard to setup but works great once you figure it out. My kids liked it but we went to 2 resorts and the entire family liked the Vadanta more, it was AMAZING!!

There was nothing I liked about this resort. Personal and staff were rude, food such as fruits were not fresh and fried food looked and tasted nasty. My family and I were not able to reserve any restaurants to eat in the evening because everything was booked 48 hours prior, so we never had a chance to try them. When I ask about this to the reception they told me nothing could be done. Lines for the buffet around 10pm were extremely long and we waited for over an hour. This was the WORST resort I had stay in my lifetime of traveling. I would NOT RECOMMEND this resort to anyone. Please stay away from booking here is you wish to enjoy your stay in Cancun

This was our first stay in Cancun. We rented a car and had a little trouble finding the entrance. The entrance is on the property next door the parking lot attendant directed us to The Sense. We were then asked if we wanted to take a room at The Sense, they said the rooms were more updated. We agreed, and for the price the place was good. Property was clean, staff were friendly. The AC worked, and had no problems with room. Lines for the buffet and bars were long but moved at a decent rate. Didn’t get a chance to make reservations at any of the onsite restaurants but that was due to not understanding the app. You have to make reservations 1 day before and there is limited availability. The food at the buffet was not great but not all bad.
