The one thing I did not like was the constant selling they did. We kept saying no to the membership they offer and kept trying to show us other things. It was a waste of time and last half of the day when we could have been out doing something else.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a misty smell in our room though so they brought in an air puriier we ran the whole time sucked a ton of moosture lit and got the smell away. Food was decent but didnt compare to riu emerald bay in mazatlan. Staff was friendly and helpful. We booked our tours through david who was in thr send lobby close to elevators he was amazing! We stayed 10 days and did lots the pools were great the kids spent a lot of time there. Wouldnt return to this property if we went back to cancun though.

The restaurants were good and facilities were always clean. We did not have problems booking the restaurants as we traveled during "low" season. Someone said during summer months it's too crowed but that was not our experience. Loved the cafe and the pools. I wish there were restaurants with direct sea view but there is none as you would have to pay for the other resort to enjoy that

Enjoy the upgrades. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Dont enjoy child playing in sand with many cigarette filters found in sand.

Sewer smell outside, air conditioner, was not properly working in all resort-water was leaking all over. On rainy days they are not prepared for water all over inside and outside over 12 inches of water, we saw people falling from Slicky floors, we had to take shoes off just to go to restaurant where our reservation was made because they were was gonna charge us $200 for not going. All rooms needs to be completely remodeled because faucets are leaking. Sewer doesn’t work properly. All wood furniture stinks so bad because it’s over 30 years old already. I saw a lot of dirty glasses for juices in buffet. Looks like nobody cares about it, I told waitress about it. Sand on the beach was always dirty, no one looks like cared about. It was too much piles of the seaweed needed to be taken away.

This was really good place for a family of 5. Overall we all enjoyed ourselves. The kids said the food was "mid" and I have to agree. The room was also very basic. We're not boujee so we made the best of it. The shows, and kids club were great. I highly reccomend getting a massage at the spa, booking an excursion to Chichen Itza and a Centoe, and taking the bus or scooters around to explore outside the resort. Our favorite thing was when we booked the pirate ship. Also be prepared to be approached everywhere you go, to sign up for a tour of some sort, or purchase something. This wasn't our first time in Cancun, so we already knew that. We politely declined most of it. But I will say that the people here are mostly friendly and are some of the hardest working people I've I've met. Tip them. It makes a difference in their lives. Would we go back? To Cancun, yes. At an Oasis hotel? Yes.
