We really enjoyed the cleanliness and food. However, there was a lot of construction when we booked. Also we had to wait past 3PM to check in which is not ideal traveling all day with children and check-in is at 3PM. Overall we were happy with the resort and would stay there again.

This resort is not worth the price. Very few food options. Not enough sun chairs and beds. Construction, Small out dated rooms. the list goes on and on. This is a 3 star at best. We come to Mexico 2 times a year for the last 10 years and this resort is definitely not 5 stars. The sales staff is also ALL OVER YOU. Won't return.

We received a room that is ocean view, but no other VIP amenities. Air conditioner did not work. Shower door is clear glass we had to cover with bed sheets every time we took a shower as we were a family with kids. Christmas tree was covered with rainbow ornaments which is a disgrace for what the holiday is about. We arrived on December 28 and saw the show also it is Christmas show with a lot of scenes men holding another man in provocative way. The grinch is the main character. What a woke and provocative experience with kids. We didn’t see any other shows after for fear of the same themes.we had to beg for 20 minutes after checkout time because the kids were still showering.

We had great time in this hotel 7 years ago, that's why I chose this this hotel again. However, we had quite different experience this time. 1. The hotel front desk charged us resort fee when checking in. This is something you should know before booking in expedia. 2. The hotel's big pool was in renovation, including jacuzzi, so we didn't enjoy the fun. No any notification in their website at all. 3. The kid's center is a bit of a joke. most of time showed "closed". It opened in limited time, limited activities. 4. The Asian restaurant waited in long line, prepared 2 hours for the meal. the quality is not that great. Our family had great time in Cancun, while the hotel definitely need to improve their service quality in some areas.

We waited for tranportation for 1hr and 45min. I paid extra for tranportation for only the 2 of us, and there was a group in the tranportation van. the swimming pool was closed due to remodeling, very noisy they started working at 5am, couldn't sleep they kept waking us up. food was not too good.

Overall we had a great stay. We were not aware that the big pool was under construction until we arrived so that was a bummer. The AC did not work in one of the rooms and they refused to give us another room saying they were “booked” until we complained again. The staff were overall friendly and the cleanliness of the room was great as well.
