This hotel is completely different than what is told you have included!!! This all-inclusive hotel that does not have room service nor have any food options after 1030pm! They have some garbage late night food which is the same everyday!! Burgers,hot dogs nachos or fries!! None of the food is edible. There only 1 of 2 bars open after 9pm on the entire property. The beds were completely horrible and felt like sleeping on a rock. I asked for them to change my mattress yet they never did (2nd day of vacation) I also complained multiple times about this and yet nothing done just pushed aside. The service on site was terrible not only the restaurants and the buffet . Every bar and restaurant was understaffed and took forever to get drinks and order any food togo. The gift shops closed very early no vending machines or anything beside going offsite for food or basic drinks . The Wi-Fi only really worked when you were close to the lobby. There’s many other problems I had with this property and no compensation for any issues on an expensive hotel.

Checkin was insane. The hotel was overbooked. The ceiling in the lobby was leaking and they were doing construction in the hotel and it was very loud. My toilet didn’t work meaning didn’t flush since I checked in for my daughter’s birthday. Me and my daughter had to catch the elevator to the lobby each time we had to use the bathroom front he 6th floor. Front desk were very nice overall

The resort was nice. The rooms were not updated and the pool really needs to be retiled. It’s not accesible for people with disabilities or older people as there are tons of steps and stairs that aren’t too noticeable sometimes and they have very slippery types of flooring. They aren’t very welcoming upon reception, but other staff are really nice. Time share people are setup right in front of elevators so they can stalk you every time you go to your room. The resort also needs more and bigger elevators. However, the food at the restaurants are amazing! We ate dinner at Cocoa twice! You use the app to make dinner reservations, but many restaurants are also open for breakfast and lunch and you don’t need a reservation then. I love how you have many options because of the attached sister hotel next door. The shows at night were wonderful as well. The Mexico show was beautiful as well as the Afro acrobats and fire show. Being that it’s sargassum season, it was nice to have that clean beach area that was shallow with minimum waves. The resort is also next to the Xcaret Ferry so we were able to walk there and catch the ferry to spend a day in Isla Mujeres and then walk back. There is pharmacy, a store, and a taco place right across which was handy. The public transportation bus stop is nearby as well which helped us visit other beaches in Cancun one day as well. The resort also has a great coffee shop includedIt was a great resort catering to families. Not a crazy party resort.

Pretty nice and average all inclusive. What made me give this a poor rating is their customer service. When I’m on vacation at an all-inclusive on a beachfront, I’d like the service to be top-notch. Anytime we were at the restaurants or ordering food and beverages. It felt like we were bothering them. They were either in a rush or they wouldn’t ask us if we wanted more water or it was a hassle to get something. It happened on a few occasions so it wasn’t a one time thing. Getting a bottle of water shouldn’t be a big deal.

This resort deserves 0 stars. Expedia should not even have it listed on their site. It is an unsafe hotel—mold on the walls, broken Stuff, including bed, dirty bathrooms and bedrooms, old furniture, and humidity everywhere. It’s unsafe for everyone, especially for people with any lung condition. Please do not stay here. I booked through Expedia and selected “child” for my 13-year-old daughter. When I arrived at the hotel, they made me pay over $400 extra because they consider a 13-year-old an adult. This extra fee is not mentioned on the Expedia app at the time of booking. The hotel claims it’s part of their policy, but the fee and age rule are not mentioned in the policy they send after booking either. According to the hotel, guests aged 13 and older are considered adults only need to pay extra at the hotel. They are still not allowed in the jacuzzi area, not allowed to have their own room key, and treated as minors for everything else. Except for charging. Check-in is listed as 3 PM, but my room wasn’t ready until 4 PM, and my luggage didn’t arrive until 45 minutes later. I do not recommend this hotel. It’s the worst I have ever stayed in, and I will not be coming back. Expedia and the hotel need to clarify all extra fees and update their policy descriptions. I escalated this issue with Expedia, but of course, they sided with the hotel. And for the hotel, please update your room photos, so everyone that will be booking have an idea of what to expect.

We had a lovely time at this resort! We went mid week at the end of April and never had any issues with lines or waiting for tables or anything. That being said it would be lovely if they had room service which i dont believe they did. I cant wait to come back!
