Clean room but given a balcony that literally was the view of the snack bar…. Probably worse view possible at the hotel and they told me no other rooms were available for my stay. Room 476 to be specific try to avoid if you want to actually sit in your balcony. Only one elevator was working in the side of the hotel I was on. Had to take the stairs if I didn’t want to wait 5 minutes. Everything else was perfect other than you have to pay 35% service fee if you try to use your resort credits so skip out on the resort credits if you decide you just want to relax

The rooms were clean. The staff was amazing. The beach view was really good. The only thing I didn’t like was the food options in the buffet. It was very limited. I think out of all the restaurants I liked the breakfast and Zen for dinner. The pizza shop and the fries were so good and fresh.

The waiter at Zen was terrible. Torro kept telling us to make reservations. One via the app, and the app said to go make a reservation at torro at 2pm. We did not get to go the day we wanted to. We needed to tip $50 to get a reservation. The entertainment team was great. Andre and Gilberto we very attentive. I am a professional Dj and they let me DJ a foam party and a fun sunset party. All Pool and beach staff were unbelievable. They were helpful, accommodating, and were quick. Jesus, Jhnas, Luz, Juan, Luis were the best.
