A group of 11 of us came down to celebrate a big birthday and had an amazing time. The resort is beautiful but the staff are the absolute best! Nicol at the lobby bar, Ricki at the spa, Moises at the main pool, and Shark Boy with the activities team were all so great! Kamal was our server for a private dinner and we were lucky to have him again at Olios the next night. Everyone made our stay incredible!

This was our second time at Haven! It was lovely as usual. Our serenity guide Miguel was wonderful and the staff is great. Especially Sharkboy, Angel, Abel, and Geronimo. The ONLY downside was Vora Mar is not good at all. But we'll be back!

The Resort is Beautiful, clean and well taking care of. Night shows were amazing, daily entertainments and DJ at the pool were great as well. The couple of things that we did not like so much are : 1 food is so so in most restaurant 2- the pool were very cold so we were barely able to use it the entire stay (everyone around us has the same complaint) 3- there were no jacuzzi so no where to really be in a warm water especially when it rained (our trip was end of Dec) So overall location Great - food ok - shows very nice and pool COLD. Recommend it if it is the hot season

Another Fabulous Stay at Havens Resort! The staff, the food and the service were amazing once again! Our room had an amazing ocean view and was very clean and the maids made every effort to always ensure we had everything we needed. A special thank you to Julian, Jeronimo, Levi and Degner who did a terrific job of being the best servers around the pool...great service and always funny! And to Louis and Russell who did an amazing job of giving the best service at the steak house! But most importantly, a huge thank you to Edouardo, our butler, who did a perfect job of arranging everything for us and checking on us constantly to ensure all was good, even on his day off! Had a great stay overall, just wish the workers at Satsu were nice like the other restaurants. Felt like our group was being judged and over looked. Everything else about this resort was great. We had issues with the resort page to book reservations so wish that worked while we were there.
