Lots of food options. Property was huge. LOTS of walking. The beach wasn’t the prettiest but the pools make up for the beach. Excursions can be easily booked at the property. Having a coffee shop on site was a great perk. We were there Thursday- Sunday. Resort was not crowded but probably because the property is supposed to close Monday Aug 18 for a couple of months for renovations. I’d book again.

While the resort was beautiful many pieces of it were falling apart. The pool tiles were coming apart and cut my finger. Majority of the staff were rude, except for the bartender Josefat at the hideaway portion. The drinks were not that well, almost as if the liquor was watered down. It was very difficult to make revelations at the resort as they always redirected you to the app that did not work. There was very limited activities to do at night, but the singers presented were great.

I highly advise against staying at this hotel, as they engage in false advertising regarding complementary airport shuttle services. The room I booked was not ready upon arrival, which was particularly disappointing given that I had informed the hotel about my birthday celebration at the time of booking. Furthermore, the hotel staff's welcoming demeanor was subpar, and the mini-bar was not stocked. The valet staff, operated by Prime Travelers, a third-party company, were unacceptably rude, and I believe it is crucial for them to maintain excellent hospitality standards for all guests. On a positive note, the bellman, Aaron, and employee Georgina, provided exceptional service and ensured that my birthday celebration was a success. The restaurant staff also delivered outstanding service. I am sharing this review to inform potential guests and hope that the hotel will take necessary steps to coach their staff and provide a more pleasant experience for visitors.

For 1 there was construction going on while I was there and it was supposed to close the following week, had I would have know. I would never have booked there. Secondly, upon arriving the whole resort had a sewer/seaweed smell that was difficult to ignore, even in the main dining buffet. Once we did check in we were immediately hounded to do a “vacation club” meeting where we were promised all kind of incentives to sit through a 1.5 hour presentation. We were accosted both in person, by phone to go to the presentation; it was way too pushy for my taste, we walked past the airport timeshare hounds just to be aggressively pursued at the resort. Lastly with the amount of restaurants at this vast resort, the fact that you have to fight to make reservations is incredible inconveniencing. Not only that, the allure of an all inclusive resort is that you can just show up and be catered to but not here; if you can’t make a reservation early enough there will be no availability and if you show up late to your reservation, you will be turned away and be forced to go to the buffet. The buffet options are not bad at breakfast but extremely limited during dinner, and very disappointing if you were expecting a nice dinner. All in all the size and the options of pools, restaurants and rooms are nice but changes could be made to take the overall experience from average to exceptional.
