The building is great, rooms are spacious and well build. But then they did not plan ir right, pools are too small for the number of guests. The restaurants are too small, it is almost impossible to make a reservation to the 2 restaurantes that require requervation, you have to use a website that is poorly developed and just does not work properly, or you have to go to a central desk that usually has a long line (I am talking at least 1 hour wait), and you cannot just go to the restaurant to book a table, they just do not do that. Then there is the hotel location, it is not far from downtown, but you cannot call an UBER, the hotel does not allow them to go in without a guest, they say there are other apps, but they also do not serve the Hotel, you have to take a taxi, that costs almost twice as much. A the hotel that is supposed to be all include has a lot of things that you can pay extra, which is strange and feels like it is a tourist trap. Employees for most part were great.

Just got back from an incredible stay at the Hilton in Cancún and I can honestly say—it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive. The resort itself is stunning: modern design, spotless facilities, and a beachfront that looks like a screensaver. The food options were top-tier (especially the breakfast buffet!), and the staff went out of their way to make every moment special. Whether lounging by the infinity pool, enjoying the spa, or just taking in the ocean views, everything felt like luxury. Can’t wait to go back!

I like that it wasn't a party resort. All the staff were nice and helpful. Plenty of options for food. The only thing was not enough staff in the bars. They usually only had one person working. There was always a wait to get service at the bar. Also, it took almost 2 hours to check in.

The staff was fantastic. The entire team went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay. There were some issues with leaky ceilings from air conditioning condensation. The beach was small and covered in seaweed which the hotel cannot control

I love the hotel, the food in general is delicious, the mexican restaurant no so good surprisingly 😕, and the pasta in the italian restaurant not good either…. Auma was sooooo good… the staf is nice, specially in the kids corner,the ladys here are super friendly.

Did not like that there were not many late night activities to do. One suggestion I would consider adding an adult/children arcade. Need more things to do once the pool closes. Not many options just to hang out in the lobby.

Very clean great resort overall. Food was fantastic drinks were also amazing. Only downside was how some places were far so taxi costed a bit but other than that great resort staff very friendly best service ive seen

I had an awesome time at the property! It was super safe and secure, which made me feel really comfortable. The resort was a 30-minute drive from all the main anttractions and shops, so it was really convenient that they had a souvenir shop where I could get some cool stuff for my friends and family. And the drinks were amazing, and the food was incredible! I had this one dish outside near the beach that I can’t remember the name of, but it was a grill. The chicken burritos, chips, and guacamole were to die for!

This property was EXTREMELY prejudice and I do not like how me nor my family was treated. I asked to speak to a manager about my treatment and everyday I was told a manager was not available. Ontop of that I was placed on a floor who elevator buttons did not work. I was on the 5th floor and the down bottom did not work. When I asked for specific drinks I was told they were not available but when other ethnics asked somehow it became available. I have been to Mexico before and never experienced anything like this and I am extremely disappointed because I spent my money just like everyone else to be there.
