The website says there’s a shuttle but what it doesn’t say is that you have to reserve it a day in advance. I found this out after we spent an hour outside the cancun airport trying to find the shuttle. I called the number of the hotel as on Google maps several times and no one answered. Finally we resorted to paying $50 for 4 of us to have a shuttle at the airport take us to the hotel. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and inability to get a hold of anyone at the hotel. I expect better from this hotel chain.

Flew in to Mexico late and spent the night before headed to all inclusive resort. Super convenient and the hotel is quite nice. I think there were quite a few people doing the same thing as the check in line was busy and slow. Half hour later there was no one checking in and quiet

The property was clean and helpful by holding our bags and helping us arrange transportation to the hotel zone of Cancun. We did not take advantage of the swimming and bar area but when we return, we plan on using those areas they seemed relaxing and chill.
