Great place to stay near the airport

Very easy access from the Cancun airport. Lovely pool side bar to relax or visit with friends. The room was very comfortable.

I have never been treated so bad at an arrival of a hotel in my life! Hector at the front desk was very rude and unhelpful as was his co-worker Ailyna who spoke very rudely in Spanish thinking I wouldn’t understand the language. I wasn’t even offered bell service for my luggage. Very disappointed in this location.

We only stayed here for one night due to flight cancellation and we only had breakfast at buffet once and the staff were very rude and unhelpful, the only person who talked to us and asked how we are doing was the one making omelette, after checking out, while waiting for our transport, the front desk staff, Karen, asked for our room number 3 times, it was like we were bothering her by waiting there. So my husband and kids went outside, and she still would give me side eyes!

Overnight near the airport

We walked in and checked in. Had 30 min to put out bags away and go to the bar for a drink. I get they can’t stay open until all hours but as a hotel next to the airport would be nice if at least food and drink until midnight. The next day I was trying to order Uber and they explained not allowed to come to hotel but not a problem at the airport. So we all walk over to the airport only to find out no Uber is “NOT ALLOWED TO COME TO THE CANCUN AIRPORT”. What terrible customer service. As we walked in the room it’s smelled like someone had been smoking in it. Disgusting. Next morning only coffee available ( coolish) you could not make any purchase from the restaurant unless you purchased the buffet for $20 USD. One thing they did have was room service until 0400 in the morning with a limited menu. But who wants to eat in a stinky room All in all won’t be booking this hotel again even if it is for one night.
