For the second time, they gave me a room not ready after checking in, this creates frustration on how a company like this does not know what rooms are ready or not, and this is after 3pm check in is not an AM check in, terrible situation, they need to improve their system.

The property was nice, clean, and fresh. The concierge is the problem. We met Esteban the first day there. He insisted he was the man to call if we needed transportation. The very next morning we contacted him for a taxi to the hotel zone. An unmarked white van pulls up and takes us. We get there and he says his card machine isn’t working and asks for cash. He then grabs another card machine and also takes the pesos I had on hand. He charged my bank account $942.70 American for what the hotel charges 650 pesos. Esteban is in with the drivers there. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

The hotel is in a great location when you need to catch an early flight, great food and pool. We got there from our first flight, me (an adult) and 2 kids were given our room only to find it was as also someone else’s room after we went in and saw their stuff , had to go back to reception and given a second room to find out the key card doesn’t work, finally given a third room that we were actually able to use but every time we needed to give our room number it came up like it was another guest room, anyhow, we were told it was their system not working properly. I would definitely give this place another try for its convenience
