It is a new hotel , witch is nice. The Staff has no education how to deal with customers, and zero hotel experience. Next door is a cheap hostel what plays music very loud hole night long until 5 am so you can not sleep there. Staff wants Cash only, there was also sometimes loud music in reception read all other reviews is my advice, there are better places to stay.

Yes it was very clean when we arrived and the room was updated with new amenities BUT there are a few problems. First of all the front desk attempted to SCAM us by claiming we had not prepaid and payment was due in cash only. After ensuring him we prepaid, he realized we were not stupid and handed us our room key which had "prepagado' written on it. Prepaid. Also, room service did not clean our room at all or attempt to knock for cleaning. Thus we never received new sheets, towels, or toilet paper. Trash was never taken out as well. When i asked about new towels I was told they did not have any and we were to keep reusing the towels we had. When I asked for more toilet paper we were given a half used roll from what I assume came from another empty room. Overall, the room came with a nice fridge, tv setup, AC, and shower. Dont try to sleep with the windows open because the night clubs down the street will keep you up.

Loud music at reception, othwrwise perfect stay

Clean and overall really comfortable stay. Room got a kitchenette and a private bathroom and location excellent for ADO bus station, mercado 28 and bus stop for hotel zone (+downtown, ferry and else). Only thing bothering us was the very loud music from reception TV still after midnight; i needed to go twice to reception asking to lower the volume...
