We had a great stay at Hotel NYX! The staff were super friendly and accommodating—big shoutout to Raul in the main dining area, who made our experience even better with his great service and warm energy. The only unfortunate part of our stay was the experience with the massage service. The gentleman promoting massages in the lobby gave us incorrect pricing and we ended up being overcharged for something that wasn’t what we had originally agreed to. I recommend asking for the exact price in USD before agreeing to the massage to avoid any surprises. Aside from that, everything else was smooth and enjoyable. Would still recommend the hotel for its atmosphere, service, and overall vibe!

We stayed at this hotel for nine days. Before that, we had been to Mexico four times, staying in different places and in large luxury hotels. This time, we came to Mexico for business, so we decided to stay in a more budget-friendly hotel. The service and staff were very good — the people working at the hotel were simply wonderful. However, the hotel itself is quite worn out. The air conditioners don’t work well. In the lobby, it’s almost impossible to stay because the AC there barely works at all. The water in the pool was always very hot — it was impossible to get in just to cool off. The beach loungers were very low quality and uncomfortable to lie on. But I’ll say it again: the service was excellent, and the people working at this hotel really do their best. However, I will not be coming back.

The staff and actual property were amazing and attentive to every need while providing discounts whenever possible. The beach was cleaned every morning by staff and service is provided on the beach as well. My only complaint was some minor construction occurring during our stay, but it was only for a day or 2 and did not limit any activities. Food was delicious and provided restaurants were delicious.

If you’re looking for a small resort right on the beach this place was awesome so relaxing great food awesome beach service perfect beach for riding waves. All of the staff gets a 10 from me. Super friendly short walk to the shops. we chose to face the lagoon which had great views WILL BE BACK !!!!
