I loved the different options during the day, the pool volleyball was very fun during the day when you had the energy for it, but on that day I got burnt so don’t use Nivea sunscreen. As soon as I used Banana Boat I didn’t burn again. But I will ask that on the Italian night you guys consider adding simple chicken Alfredo. I really love staying here, my room was nicer last time but it was fine I just ask that you guys do some deep cleaning in the showers, bathrooms and walls. It’s not dirty but I just notice small things that would make it look that much better. Pool and drinks are always great. Wish I was there still lol. Buffets ALWAYS great variety with this all inclusive. The a la carte options at lunch are great. We also tried Chianti as it was included, good food, and my boyfriend liked the wine.

NYX is literally amazing on EVERY aspect!!! The workers are ALWAYS busy cleaning and accommodating the guests.. they’re amazing and welcoming! The food is great, with each day highlighting a different culture. My husband and I go every year, and I’ll never switch!

I was excited to stay here but ended up having the worst experience that ruined most of our trip. We arrived on time to check in, the reservation was made months in advance as well for them to tell us there was no rooms available and they would have to send us to another hotel, they sent us 15 minutes down the road to a hotel that was not nice and didn’t even feel safe walking around. We went back the next day to see if there was room available then, they were checking other people in but proceeded to tell us there was no room still.

All staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we had to check our bags in early. The variety of food and drinks were very good, especially breakfast. The main lobby bathroom lighting was very dark for some reason? Some pool music was a bit too loud.

Hotel NYX was amazing! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food at the resort was delicious, especially the Umami restaurant. The beach was easy to access with beautiful views. They offer cabanas with beds to rent which were so nice. I will definitely be coming back!

Everything was perfect except my bedroom, didn’t have mirror, the smell and humidity was strong the humidifier wasn’t working properly so they changed it. The food amazing exceptional. The staff very friendly. Eduardo, Misael, Johan the sweetest people at the place and Jair at the pool he’s pure energy. Also the restaurant Umami and Chianti wow incredible amazing. Overall I’ll comeback and i recommend to anyone who’s looking for a resort family friendly only thing be aware for the rooms.

The only downside was the traffic noise facing the lagoon, the patio doors let a lot of noise in, was hard to sleep. Everything else was beautiful about the hotel and you can walk to the corner stores easily.

Only thing I would remark on is for an all-inclusive resort, not having access to "upper" tier drinks seems odd. I don understand the need to charge extra for certain entrees on the menu since food prices do vary more. Also wish the cabanas were included on the beach. All-in-all, would I go back????? Yes. It was a very nice couple days and both the staff and food were great for our needs.
