Check in was easy! Room was ready by 3:30pm but we were able to use the amenities. Food was okay nothing that really stood out. Staff was amazing over wall great stay. Manny, Ceasar. Jehu and management all super cool and definitely make you have a great time! Paula was also great took me to play

The property is cool but all the workers are shady. Don’t trust anything that isn’t booked through Expedia. But also that isn’t riu’s fault it’s just Mexico definitely would never come back again.

I had a great time. I love the all inclusive and every single staff member was so friendly. I only wish the pools were open later and more to do in between them closong and the night club.

Great service and staff. Food was good/ so so. The area is a bit far off from the hotel zone and town so if you want to be in a place secluded then this is where you go. Beach is nice and not crowded.

This resort was very clean. The private beach was also kept very clean. All of the staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was good. We enjoyed the Asian cuisine restaurant and the Steak house.

Really loved the Staff and service at this property. Brian at breakfast was outstanding. Food was FAR better than at other all inclusive properties where I have stayed. Property is new/pristine but is a bit of a distance from Cancun…I like to shop and visit other restaurants and this requires about a 30 minute cab ride from this location. One odd thing: the staff at the pool towel desk have been trained to guard the relatively flimsy pool towels as if their lives depended upon them. A drunken patron threw up all over my things at the pool. Staff took my towel and cleaned up my things. When I went to get a new towel, however, I was given a 15 minute interrogation regarding why I needed a new towel without a return. OMG! I don’t want to steal your towels! Please deal with the bean counter who supervises these staff!!

My company card was stolen from my room by housekeeping! The staff claimed they were trying to contact the person who cleaned my room but he could not be contacted. For 2 days I tried to get my card back and they kept saying “we can’t find him”. They did not try to contact him and I had to stop and replace my company card. I am not happy with the staff service and housekeeping!!
