This resort was amazing! The staff were so welcoming and so friendly. It is still in development so it’s a little quiet but definitely clean, beautiful decor, and extremely sweet staff. The food is also delicious!

I think the resort is really nice and clean for the most part. The beach club was amazing. The service there was great! The service on the actual resort was good too but not always consistent. If you can try to stay in the Vantage Club. The bartender Carlos and all of the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful when it came to making sure my stay was comfortable. I would come back for sure.

“Mexican Chocolate” Angel, Jesus at the Serendity bar, and Gilberto at the Aglio restaurant were the most amazing people I’ve ever experienced on a vacation. Those three provided outstanding service and did nothing but amaze us! Those guys are so amazing

It’s a beautiful resort. However no direct beach access but they do shuttle their guest to the beach club. The food isn’t very good at all. Typical resort all inclusive food that look beautiful but not so much on the taste. The Japanese place is the better place.

Grand Vivid was my first experience with an all inclusive. The property was always immaculate during our 4 night/5 day stay. Staff was kind, courteous, and helpful at all times. Visited the week of the 4th and the occupancy was low so I assume that contributed to the delay in most restaurants (limited staff). Wait times to be seated and served were less than ideal. The food in general was mid at best. Hit or miss at the buffet and the Japanese restaurant was very delayed (but the food was worth the wait). The Italian spot was pretty good as well. The food reminded me of a cruiseship. It was also a bit bland for Mexico. Liquor seemed watered down unless you were served in one of the Vantage bars. Due to the low occcupancy they were pretty laxed about access to these upgraded areas. The beach club was a bonus since the hotel is opposite the beach/water. The food there was better and we paid for a Bali bed/umbrella over the pool and it came with Champagne. Probably the best part of our trip. All in all for a budgeted choice it was nice. I'd return for a low-key relaxing trip.
