I expected this property to be completely finished because I head it was built in April but they still had another big building that was not finished. So far it’s a beautiful property but I’m a party girl after 10 PM and this location is not meant for that and that was my mistake. The restaurants are nasty but the buffet has such great food for breakfast and dinner. The alcoholic drinks are disgusting and watered down.

Unwelcoming Front Desk Staff:* The staff at the front desk was impersonal and lacked a welcoming demeanor. - *Lack of Information and Services:* We were not informed about the Vantage Club or offered room service refills as expected. - *Room Maintenance Issues:* Our room had dirty floors, a squeaky bed, and a broken sliding door. - *Limited Food Variety:* The breakfast buffet offered little variation, even compared to lower-end hotels. - *Noise and Disruptions:* We experienced noise from neighboring rooms and the constant smell of marijuana throughout the hotel. - *Unhelpful Staff During Hurricane:* The hotel staff was unhelpful in addressing our concerns and accommodating our stay during Hurricane Helene. - *Misleading Sales Tactics:* The Hyatt membership sales team used aggressive and manipulative tactics
