An Unforgettable Experience at Hyatt Grand Vivid, . Nestled among the serene surroundings of the Mexican coastline, this all-inclusive resort immediately captures your heart with its breathtaking ocean. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the staff, who were eager to assist and ensure our check-in was smooth and efficient. The lobby itself is a masterpiece of design, boasting eco decor with a modern twist, perfectly setting the tone for what lies ahead. The room was a sanctuary of comfort and style. Expansive windows offered stunning views of the golf courses , and the room was equipped with every modern amenity needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail, from the bedding to the luxurious toiletries, was evident and highly appreciated. An exquisite culinary journey. The resort offers a plethora of dining options, each providing a unique and tantalizing experience. Whether it was indulging in authentic Mexican cuisine, savoring international flavors, or enjoying fresh seafood overlooking the ocean, each meal was a delight. More impressive the staff which is committed to Excellence, polite, respectful and truly care about customer satisfaction! kudos to all involved managing this team as they set a new high for all the resorts around.

Absolutely fabulous experience. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! The best part of the entire experience was the amazing customer service throughout the entire the stay. The staff was truly wonderful! We did not mind that the resort was not directly on the beach. The shuttle was easy and convenient and was no issue at all. The resort is new and is in wonderful condition, we recommend the Vantage Club as the rooftop pool and premium bar is worth the extra cost. An area of the experience that can be improved is the food. While it was all pretty good, I've had better at other resorts. That being said, the rooftop breakfast, Ennea at the Beach Club, and Oishii Japanese restaurant were our favorites of the trip. I look forward to seeing how this resort elevates the food experience as it grows into itself. Enjoyed properly. Still in construction phase so only one pool operational while we were there. The staff was amazing. Drink service by pool great. Pool side food available. I didn’t get to experience but hookah at nights which is a big deal for me. They do try to upscale the top floor for the champs and rooftop pool. Perhaps down the road might be worth it but didn’t see it on this trip. Staff super friendly and attentive. Rooms excellent. Excited to revisit when everything is done. There’s a shuttle that takes you to the beach. They didn’t skimp on alcohol either.

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful! The property is beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. The staff were always kind, polite, and helpful. I’d like to give special recognition to Roberto, who works at the poolside restaurant — he was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always greeted us with a big smile. Also, Guadalupe, who makes the omelets at breakfast, was very pleasant and welcoming every morning. The overall service and quality of the hotel are excellent. The only downside was the issue with the restaurant reservation app — it didn’t work during our stay, and we were only able to secure one dinner reservation with the help of the manager (thanks to Roberto’s support). Also, our room wasn’t cleaned for one night, which was a bit disappointing. Despite these minor issues, we truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel has great potential, and I believe the service will continue to improve. I would definitely come back!

My husband and I recently stayed at Hyatt Vivid Grand, and we had an incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a green cucumber welcome,, refreshing welcome drinks and also a wash cloth to wipe our hands. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The property itself was spotless and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the night life, the silent party, the lively nightlife, the beautiful beach club, which was located at their sister property . One night, we had so much fun, we don't even remember how we got back to our room! The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, with a great selection of delicious food. We only had time to try the Italian restaurant, but it was fantastic. Overall, we highly recommend Hyatt Vivid Grand to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun vacation. We can't wait to return!"

What really stood out was the hotel’s location – close enough to local attractions and restaurants, yet tucked away just enough to offer a peaceful, laid-back vibe. It’s clear this place is on the rise, and I can’t wait to see how it grows. If you're looking for a boutique experience with great service, beautiful surroundings, and authentic local flair, this is the place. Highly recommended! Please be advised that this hotel is not finished yet and even though it isn't listed for a 2 person stay they require $275 credit card hold for any incidentals. The environment and ambiance is top tier, but the food selection is limited and by 1230pm the hotel closes down such as bars and food services. There is also a big mosquito problem.
