My last visit to this hotel was disappointing. It was dirty, noisy, with random construction, and the food was unhygienic, causing sickness. Unlike previous visits, staff pushed paid activities and spa ads instead of helping guests. Even pool and beach seats required extra payment—ridiculous!

It was an excellent experience. Our butlers- Marie and Natalie were very helpful and made our stay enjoyable. They went out of their way to decorate our room with rose petals on our Anniversary. The food had multiple choices and the staff was very courteous and helpful. We will definitely stay here again

This was just a great resort....they have every detail covered. We've been to Cancun a number of times, and this was probably my favorite resort....they have everything you could want in a resort, and service from everyone was just great! Location is perfect as well!

My husband and I spent 5 nights at the Hyatt Ziva. Our trip was amazing. Food selection and variety - short waits during dinner time, resort staff kept things fun during the day and entertainment and night was wonderful. The gym was high end - clean, and offered ginger shots / hydration drinks and a smoothie bar with real whole ingredients.
