Firstly, when we booked our stay, we specifically reserved a room with two double beds. However, upon arrival, we were given a room with one king bed instead. Despite raising this issue multiple times with your staff and even providing our booking confirmation as proof, no resolution was offered. This was highly inconvenient for us and not what we had initially paid for.
Secondly, while we understand that our stay was not all-inclusive, we did wish to dine at the hotel occasionally. Unfortunately, we found that the menu options were extremely limited, with nearly every dish containing pork. Given that we do not eat pork, it was frustrating that there were no alternative protein options such as chicken or beef available. This lack of variety made dining at the hotel difficult for us.
Lastly, the elevators were extremely slow, which made moving between floors a frustrating experience. We often had to wait an excessive amount of time, which was inconvenient, especially during peak hours.
We had expected a more accommodating and efficient experience from your establishment, and we are disappointed by the lack of resolution and consideration regarding these issues.
