Location is excellent. Beach was amazingly clean. Staff were very friendly and great. Karla was wonderful. She assisted us with our needs. I will go back to this hotel and will recommend it to our friends.

Good for the price. The rooms are showing significant wear and damage. There are no electrical outlets. And you get hasseled a lot to join a hotel club. But the beach is amazing and the ocean view room is well worth it.

What I love about this property is the gorgeous, beautiful and paradisiac beach, it's probably the best beach in all Quintana Roo, beach is perfect for kids, it is also a public beach, however it's a hotel for night life, and famous Coco Bongo is five minutes away and you can literally hear all the loud and music all night until 3am o 4am. This hotel is also convenient because it has a lot of shopping centers and restaurants close by, you can even walk. Overall, I believe it needs some upgrades but at the same time it is cheaper if you compare with the other neighbor hotels which you can easily pay three times Krystal's room rates, also staff are very friendly and do their best to assist guests in all their needs.

The location was great. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. I enjoyed everything at this property. Public transportation, taxis, and uber. Great lobby bar and buffet breakfast daily. Also several good dining options out in the beautiful pool area and patio. Cabanas on the sand. And lots of beach activities, catamarans, and harbor cruises. At night there are dozens of options for a fun night out. The restaurants come alive at night and are very welcoming. Pleanty of malls for shopping , dining, and entertainment. Once you experience Cancun, you will definitely be back for more

I liked my spacious room it was very big. I had a city view on the 8th floor. I felt welcomed and enjoyed the hotel as its on the beach. Bed was very comfortable including the pillows.

The tv on the room never had service reported many times, first 2 days there was only one bath towel per person, hair dryer didnt work, hot water was brown and stinky

Location is convenient as it is walking distance to restaurants and bars. The hotel is extremely worn and outdated. We did not have towels in our room when we arrived, not very many tv channels came through on the tv, and there was a power outage on our last day. I would not stay at this hotel in the future,

Property was very nice and clean. Three minor issues are that breakfast items get restocked slow, we waited for bacon every morning. Also, the safe in our room wasn't working and the bathroom floor around the toilet was always wet as if it was leaking. Other than that it is very beautiful and staff was very nice and accomadating.
