First room was despicable, bathroom peeled off and very dirty, mirror corroded, dirt marks in the room, very uncomfortable bed (way too old) After complain through Expedia and front desk, they changed the room, this room was WAY better, they tried very hard to make it up (which I’m very happy for it), they brought a courtesy sparkling wine and snacks. Appreciate their effort to make our stay the best they could Although 2 elevators were not working (out of 4) which was inconvenient, and additional food was denied in one restaurant (as the steps are just those, so I leave hungry)… pretty bad. But overall after the change was good

La amabilidad de los bartender, roberto, candy y su compañero moskito club y lobby bar y la sra. Paty de la cafeteria super amable. Solo un detalle los dias de mi estadia nunca hicieron refill mi refrigerador de la habitacion, lo tenia que traer de afuera pero en cuanto lo demas exelente la playa mas bonita!

It was just okay. Only 3 restaurants, and you only had a 2 hour window to make reservations. Rarely do they accept walk ins. Room looks wack in real life in comparison to the pictures. MAJOR updates needed. Elevators get stuck and are super slow. Sometimes they’ll skip you, Ocean view itself was nice. Beach area was nice but they need way more chairs. Drinks strongish.

Absolutely gorgeous location, very slo check in, so so complicative to book restaurants and even you hav reservation you stay in line for 45 mins. Cleaner knock our door by 9am and ask if we need her service, no sign on door do not disturb. Over all OK due to location and gorgeous ocean. Oh, food in buffet is very limited.

Beautiful resort! Completely went over our expectation from pictures. The service and food was amazing and we had great concierge service that was extremely helpful with booking outside activities. The views were breathtaking and the room was so nice. We stayed in the altitude master suite and everything was perfect especially for the price. Nice and funny staff and within walking distance of everything you need from shopping to nightlife! Highly recommend coco bongo as well! It was a great trip and will definitely come again!

Not sure where to start… I have been staying at to this property for over 15 years and this has been the worse it’s ever been! Rooms have the same furniture, mattress and pillows are hard as a rock and have a bad odor, elevators are old, squeaky and can’t keep up with the guests. Restaurants are short staff and their food selections are mid. The outdoor establishment is being shared by two hotels (Krystal Grand & Altitude) so they are packed with people! Outdoor furniture is old and torn! And the front beach is PACKED with locals that bring their own food and drinks and play loud music! TERRIBLE!!!! Worse experience ever! I made sure I said my goodbyes because I’m never going back again

The beach is awesome and the service at the beach with Roberto and Candy was outstanding but the hotel itself needs a lot of improvement. AC was down the last day and we couldn’t sleep with the heat. The food tasteless and they use the cheapest options possible, the drinks are poor too.

Most of the staff was great, except for Lidia that refused us dining at the Grill Restaurant. Property is old but nice, room was big and clean. Food at the buffet was ok and many items were the same every day.

Apparently the Altitude is better but not all that great but This property is average: doesn’t serve top self liquor, not a lot bar options AND bar closes around 11pm or midnight no more options to drink liquor so much for all inclusive; food options mediocre, not a lot of food options; hate the fact that you have to make dinner reservations every morning between 9-11am if you don’t want to eat at the buffet which doesn’t have a lot of options. No nightly entertainment at the resort but you can walk on the hotel zone for night life. The beach/pool area is the nicest thing at the resort, the rooms are basic and balcony is small my room had a sewer smell coming from the bathroom. I wouldn’t stay here again as there are too many other options in Mexico.
