We were not sure if the owners of this hotel were new to the hotel trade. Everyone was very pleasant but the quality seemes random. Some things excellent and others problematic. Go with an adventurous and laid back spirit.

Bortiq Hotel is a cozy and clean property, but its location is far from ideal. Situated in a remote area with no nearby restaurants or amenities, it can be challenging to find, especially since there’s no signage to guide you. While the hotel itself offers comfort, the lack of convenience and accessibility make it a less favorable option for travelers.

I stayed here for three nights. It was a decent stay but I had few issues. Firstly, it’s in suburbs so you don’t get Uber. Secondly, you need to go to Reception to get anything because of no phone in the room. Thirdly, the breakfast was not included though it was included when I reserved the room. So, they displayed me the wrong menu for the breakfast which I thought was free but it was not. Lastly, soap and shampoo in the washroom were not of good quality. In short, it’s fine place to stay for a night but not more than that.

This small hotel is minutes from the airport and located in a resodential area where all tesidences are enclosed by high cinder block walls and razor barbed wire. The facility appears brand new, spacios, clean and very comfortable. The resturant is clean and adequately staffed and very friendly. The pool and deck are clean and well maintained. However, as wonderful as all of the described above was, of the 9 days I reserved and paid for I had to leave after 4 days becausewifi and internet service disappeared and my dentist office could not contact me to let me know when they wanted me to come in for the next 5 days so I could not remain there and the manager refused to refund 5 days of my money. Therefore I have to recommend not scheduling a stay at this hotel

Perfect for my stay!
My stay was as a result of flight being cancelled. I was able to book easily and have a room right away. The service was excellent, staff was very friendly, and the meals I had were perfect. My room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. I enjoyed my stay very much and would recommend to everyone!
