I stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks. It was absolutely miserable. Check in went quickly and the gentleman helped me with my bag.He showed no attempt to make conversation or show me where I could find ice and fresh water. After tipping he immediately I put my thing away and went to explore the pool area. This is where things started going downhill FAST. The “pool” is litter more than a kiddie pool. 3-4 feet deep. I stuck my toe in the jacuzzi and it was lukewarm. I asked two separate employees if they help make it hot but no one ever did. The lounge chairs have no umbrellas or sun protection so they are impossible to sit on. You have to get a pool towel from the front desk. The restaurant was clean. The breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired. It was generally the dinner buffet from the previous evening. Like meatballs. I had to order my breakfast every morning in addition to what I had paid for the buffet. Please see the photo of the pancake next to a attawbeeey for reference. The juice machines were almost always empty, the toaster is broken…you have to hold the leaver down. The first day, they had the small creamer cups on the center buffet. Every day after that, I had to ask for it and nobody knew what I was talking about. They speak NO ENGLISH, which I can usually get around. But these people were downright rude to me. They refused to let me order something to go. The waitstaff was generally terrible aside from a couple. The “Bar” is not a bar at all. They don’t even hav

Nice hotel in downtown Cancun, within walking distance to local attractions and restaurants. However staff did not offer VIP services and did not remind us of this either, despite the booking cones with VIP access.

This hotel was nice but not great. The sheets in our bed had many hairs so we requested new ones. They were fast to deliver but there were still some stains on the new one. The rest of the room was clean and the shower and room was comfortable. They do not have laundry on site, you have to go to the sister them across the courtyard to do any self laundry. This place has very little walkable restaurants. If you don’t mind driving, it’s a safe place to stay. At least it felt safe.

I liked my stay at the hotel but one of the things that I am dissatisfied with and that did affect me is not having a space to leave my vehicle in the parking lot. Because of that, I had to leave it outside the hotel without security and because of having left the car outside, they hit it and I had to pay more than 10,000 mexican pesos to the rental company.

I have been to hotels all over the United States Europe Southeast Asia and Alaska. Is hotels needed to be perfect in order to receive a score 10 out of 10 there would be no five star hotels in existence anymore and there are any perfect human beings. Wooden gardens was everything a reasonable person could expect of a hotel rated before stars The bed mattress was easily 18 in thick The television easily controlled the hot water in the shower was super the food in the restaurant was outstanding the great white room was adequate the deck with the three pools and enough room for me to exercise and do calisthenics without disturbing anyone for 1 hour each day anytime and day a better hotel with more mayonnaise I simply do not need. That's all I've got to say and I'm sticking to it.

Toilets don't flush properly
Overall, we liked the property as it was conveniently located near a very large mall, breakfast was good, the king size bed was comfortable, and the price was a good value. However, we needed to fill a bucket of water and dump it into the toilet to get it to flush properly. The front desk staff told us that all of the toilets in the hotel are that way. So, we used one of the waste baskets as a water bucket! Also, the in-room safe would not work.
