This was my third stay at Live Aqua, and it only reaffirmed why I keep returning to this resort. My family and I enjoyed a relaxing trip. The staff truly go above and beyond to make each guest feel welcome; they are incredibly hardworking, warm, and attentive. The dining options were spectacular, each meal featured fresh ingredients. This was our first time to live aqua after having previously been to Secrets and Atelier and we had a wonderful time and plan to return. While this property is a bit more dated than the others we have been to, it was still very clean and the service was wonderful. We always have issues with overcrowding at the Cancun pools and it was no different here, even in October. We really enjoyed the poolside and evening activities, and the food on property was better than secrets for sure. Especially around the pool.
