The customer service at the property was lack luster. Multiple rooms in our party were not ready at check in. They assign a Butler, but the butler doesn't hand off to anyone when their shift ends, so there is frequently no response to your message/request for several hours. Service at restaurants was very slow. Average property.

Incredible attention to guests and their needs & wishes. WE were greeted by the Director G.T and our butler Aaron. Our room was right next door to the room we had last year and was ready 2 hours early !!! We had great meals all 5 days we were there. We also met our butler from last year, Melissa, who is super nice. They made a fantastic Anniversary Dinner for us at the Mexican restaurant. Our room was decorated for our 14th Wedding Anniversary, as well as we received extra nice pillows to use. All in all, a fantastic stay for the 4th time and counting. The service at some of the bars was exceptional. Cauich was my absolute favorite and he deserves an award for his service. He made our stay at the cabanas on the beach so enjoyable and left us with a desire to return. Henry our Mayordormo (butler) was amazing as well! Loved this resort
